المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على معوقات الإرشاد الأكاديمي في كلية التربية بشقراء، من خلال الوقوف على واقع أداء المرشد الأكاديمي لمهامه الإرشادية، والتعرف على معوقات الإرشاد الأكاديمي المتعلقة بكل من الطالب والمرشد الأكاديمي والنواحي الإدارية والتنظيمية، والمقترحات اللازمة للتغلب على هذه المعوقات. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي؛ حيث تم بناء أداة الدراسة وهي الاستبانة، ثم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية من طلاب وطالبات كلية التربية بشقراء. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، ومن أهمها: موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على تأدية المرشد الأكاديمي بكلية التربية بشقراء لمهامه الإرشادية بنسبة 78.8 %، حيث لا توجد فروق في وجهة نظرهم حول ذلك تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص والمعدل التراكمي. كما جاءت موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على معوقات الإرشاد الأكاديمي بنسبة 71.80 % حيث جاءت المعوقات المتعلقة بالطالب في المرتبة الأولى، تليها المعوقات المتعلقة بالنواحي الإدارية والتنظيمية، ثم المعوقات المتعلقة بالمرشد الأكاديمي. ويرى 77 % أن من اهم المعوقات المتعلقة بالطالب هو قلة وعى الطالب بأهمية الإرشاد الأكاديمي، كما يرى 74.60 % أن تعديل الجدول الدراسي بعد إعلانه للطلاب يمثل اهم المعوقات المتعلقة بالنواحي الإدارية والتنظيمية، بينما يرى 73.40 % أن عدم توفر الوقت الكافي لدى المرشد الأكاديمي للقيام بعملية الإرشاد يمثل اهم المعوقات المتعلقة بالمرشد الأكاديمي. وقد بينت الدراسة انه لا توجد فروق في وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة حول معوقات الإرشاد الأكاديمي تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمعدل التراكمي، في حين جاءت الفروق في وجهة نظرهم باختلاف متغير التخصص، وذلك لصالح الأفراد الذين يحملون تخصص علم نفس.

The current study aimed to identify the obstacles to academic counseling at the Faculty of Education in Shaqra, by identifying the reality of the performance of the academic counselor's advisory functions, and identifying the obstacles to academic counseling related to both the student and the academic counselor and the administrative and organizational aspects, and the necessary proposals to overcome these obstacles. The researcher used the descriptive method, where the study tool, which is the questionnaire, was prepared and distributed to a random sample of students from the Faculty of Education in Shaqra. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the individuals of the study sample agreed on the performance of the academic counselor at the Faculty of Education in Alexandria by 78.8%, as there are no differences in their view on it due to the variables of gender, specialization, and cumulative rate. The individuals of the study sample also agreed 71.80% on the obstacles to academic counseling, where the obstacles related to students were ranked first, followed by those related to administrative and organizational aspects, and then obstacles related to the academic counselor. 77% believe that one of the most important obstacles related to the student is the lack of awareness of the importance of academic counseling, and 74.60% believe that amending the school schedule after announcing it to students is most important obstacles related to administrative and organizational aspects, while 73.40% believe that the academic counselor does not have enough time to conduct the counseling process, this is the most important obstacle related to the academic counselor. The study showed that there are no differences in the opinion of the individuals of the study sample about the obstacles to academic counseling due to the variables of the gender and cumulative rate, while differences in their view came with different specialization variable, in favor of individuals holding a psychology specialty.
