تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور التربوي المستقبلي للأسرة والمدرسة في التربية الأخلاقية لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة القويعية. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، فقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (20%) تقريبا من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حيث بلغت العينة (195) معلما بمكاتب القويعية والرويضة والرين والحصاة في محافظة القويعية للفصل الدراسي الأول من للعام الدراسي 2014-2015؛ ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف، فقد قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة، تهدف لقياس تقديرات المعلمين للدور التربوي والمستقبلي للأسرة والمدرسة في التربية الاخلاقية لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية، واشتملت على محورين: الأول ويتعلق بدور الأسرة في التربية الاخلاقية للطلاب في المرحلة الابتدائية وبلغ عدد فقرك هذا المحور (٢٣) فقرة، والثاني يتعلق بدور المدرسة في التربية الأخلاقية لدى الطلاب في المرحلة الابتدائية وبلغ عدد فقراته(٢١). وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد الدراسة الكلية للدور التربوي للأسرة في التربية الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت مرتفعة. وأن تقديرات أفراد الدراسة للدور التربوي للمدرسة في التربية الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت مرتفعة أيضا. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة القويعية للدور التربوي للمدرسة في التربية الأخلاقية لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة ولصالح معلمي المدارس الابتدائية ذوي الخبرة (أكثر من ٦ سنوات). وعدم وجود فروق ذا دلالة احصائية في محور الدور التربوي للأسرة يعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية تربوية بشكل دوري يشارك بها المعلمون في المدارس من أجل تبادل الخبرات وبهدف معرفة طرق أو مقترحات يمكن الاستفادة منها كأساليب في توجيه السلوك الأخلاقي لدى الطلبة في المرحلة الابتدائية.
The study aims to identify the educational role in the future of the family and the school in moral education among primary school students in Al-Quway'iyah. The study followed the descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of (20%) almost from members of the school community where the sample was (195) teachers from Al-Quway'iyah offices; Alrweidh, Rhine and Al-Quway'iyah in the first semester of the academic year 2014-2015. To achieve this goal, The researcher developed a questionnaire, designed to measure teachers' estimates of the educational and the future role of the family and the school in moral education among primary school students, and included the two axes: the first concerns the role of the family in moral education for students at the elementary level and the number of paragraphs of this axis (23), paragraph, and the second to the role of school in the moral education of the students at the elementary level and the number of paragraphs (21). The results showed that the estimates of the members of the total study of the educational role of the family in moral education from the point of view of teachers were high. And that the members of the study for the educational role of the school in moral education from the point of view of teachers' estimates were also high. The results showed the existence of significant differences in the primary school teachers in Al-Quway'iyah the educational role of the school in moral education among primary school students estimates due to the variable experience and in favor of primary school teachers experienced differences (over 6 years). And there is no statistically-significant differences in the focus of the educational role of the family due to the variable qualification. In light of the results of the study The study recommended the need to hold educational training courses periodically be attended by teachers in schools in order to exchange experiences, and in order to find out ways or proposals can take advantage of which as methods to guide the ethical behavior the students at the elementary level
