يهدف البحث إلى ١. التعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى لمعلم التربية الرياضية. التعرف على العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والكفايات التعليمية لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية وبين ٢. المراحل السنية. التعرف على العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والكفايات التعليمية لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية وبين ٣. نوع المدرسة (حكومي - تجريبي - خاص ) . ٤ . التعرف على العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والكفايات التعليمية لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية. وكانت من أهم النتائج: 1-وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية تبعا لعامل السن في المحور الخام "الرضا عن مكانة المهنة في المجتمع" لصالح المرحلة السنية من (51- 60) عاما وتليها المرحلة (41-50) عاما ويرجع الباحث ذلك إلى أن الرضا الوظيفي قد يزداد مع زيادة الخبرة لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية. 2-وجود فروق في الرضا الوظيفي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية تبعا لتغير المدرسة في كل من المحاور الأول "الرضا عن مهنة التدريس "والرابع" الرضا عن العائد من المهنة "والخامس" الرضا عن مكانة المهنة في المجتمع "والسادس" الرضا عن مستقبل المهنة" لصالح المدارس الخاصة. 3-وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في المحور الرابع "استخدام الوسائل التعليمية" في مقياس الكفايات التعليمية تبعا للمراحل السنية المختلفة لصالح المرحلة (حتى 30 عاما).
The research aims to 1-Identify the level of job satisfaction with the physical education teacher. 2-To identify the relationship between job satisfaction and the educational skills of physical education teachers and between ages. 3-To identify the relationship between job satisfaction and the educational skills of physical education teachers and between school type (government - a pilot - special). 4-Identify the relationship between job satisfaction and the educational skills of physical education teachers.
