المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق مدارس ادارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة المخواة لمعايير الاعتماد المدرسي و تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمدارس إدارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة المخواة لمساندتها في تطبيق معايير الاعتماد المدرسي . مجتمع وعينة الدراسة: تكون مجتمع البحث من مديري ومديرات المرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية بمحافظة المخواة والبالغ عددهم 63 مدير ومديرة. تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية Statistical Package for Social Sciences- SPSS في عملية التحليل واختبار الفرضيات وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها قبول فرضية الدراسة والتي مفادها ان المجالات التي استخدمت كمؤشرات لقياس مدى تطبيق مدارس ادارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة المخواة لمعايير الاعتماد المدرسي بينت وجود فروق في تطبيق المعايير. و ان مجال القيادة المدرسية الفعالة من اهم المؤشرات و الذي حصل على اعلى متوسط حسابي بناء على استجابة مديري ومديرات المدارس و اثره الواضح على مدى تطبيق مدارس ادارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة المخواة لمعايير الاعتماد المدرسي. كما توصل الباحث من خلال النتائج ايضا ان اهتمام ومتابعة أولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي حصل على اقل متوسط حسابي، مما يعني ان هذا المجال ذو تأثير ضعيف في مدى تطبيق مدارس ادارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة المخواة لمعايير الاعتماد المدرسي.‪

The study aimed to identify the extent of the implementation of the standards for accreditation made by the schools of the Department of Education in Al Makhwah governorate. The study also aims to identify the training needs of the schools of the Department of Education in Al Makhwah governorate to support them in the implementation of school standards for accreditation. Society and study sample: The research community included 36 male and female directors/ principals of Middle and Secondary Schools of Al Makhwah governorate. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences( SPSS) was used in the process of analysis and testing of hypotheses. The study concluded a series of findings, the most important of which was the acceptance of the hypothesis of the study, which stated that the areas that have been used as indicators to measure the extent of the implementation of school standards for accreditation by the schools of the Department of Education in Al Makhwah governorate showed the presence of the differences in the implementation of standards. It was also revealed that field of effective school leadership is one of the most important indicators, which obtained the highest arithmetic average based on the response of the male and female principals of the schools and its clear impact on the extent of the implementation of school standards for accreditation by the schools of the Department of Education in Al Makhwah governorate. The researcher also found through the findings that the attention and follow-up of parents and the local community received the lowest arithmetic average which means that this area has a weak impact on the extent of the implementation of school standards for accreditation by the schools of the Department of Education in Al Makhwah governorate.
