إن رعاية المتوفقين والاهتمام بمجالات تفوقهم وموهبتهم أصبح مظهرا من مظاهر تصنيف العالم المتقدم تربويا، فمعظم الدول المتقدمة تولي اهتماما متزايدا في وضع البرامج والاستراتيجيات الخاصة برعاية الأفراد الموهوبين في سن مبكرة وذلك لاستثمارها في تقدم المجتمع والارتقاء به ليواكب عملية التطور والحداثة. هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى توافر سمات المتفوقين لدى طلبة الجامعة العربية المفتوحة المتفوقين دراسيا بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (62) طالبا وطالبة، كما تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من قسمين، الأول معلومات عامة، والثاني يتكون من (٤٨) فقرة غطت المجالات الآتية: (الدافعية، التعلم، القيادة، التفكير الإبداعي) وتنطلق أهمية الدراسة الحالية من كونها تهتم بالمتفوقين دراسيا حيث يعد هؤلاء المتفوقون الثروة الحقيقية للمجتمعات المختلفة فهم قاطرة الأمم نحو التقدم والرقي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى توافر سمات المتفوقين لدى الطلبة المتفوقين دراسيا في الجامعة العربية المفتوحة في المملكة العربية السعودية عن المجالات قيد الدراسة ككل جاءت كبيرة، كما دلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مدى توافر سمات المتفوقين لدى طلبة الجامعة العربية المفتوحة بالمملكة العربية السعودية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات.
The care Almtofiqin and attention to areas of their superiority and their talent has become a manifestation of the classification of the developed world educationally , most developed countries take an increasing interest in the development of programs and strategies for the care of talented individuals at an early age in order to invest in the progress of society and elevate it to keep pace with the process of development and modernity. Purpose of this study was to investigate availability features outstanding among the students of the Arab Open University outstanding students in Saudi Arabia , has been study sample consisted of 62 male and female students , have also been developed questionnaire consisted of two parts, the first general information, and the second consists of 48 items covering the following areas: ( motivation, learning, leadership, creative thinking) and kicks off the importance of the current study being interested Palmtvoukin classrooms where these Honors is the real wealth of different societies understand locomotive Nations towards progress and prosperity. The study results showed that the availability of features outstanding students have outstanding students in the Arab Open University in Saudi Arabia for the areas under study as a whole was great, as evidenced by the results of the study to the lack of statistically significant differences in the availability of features outstanding among the students of the Arab Open University in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia due to the variable sex. In light of the findings, the researcher recommended.
