المستخلص: The aim of the article was to answer the question of killing ambassadors as a crime or an endearment. The article was based on several axes. The first axis presented the incident in which the Russian ambassador to Turkey received several shots from a security man behind him. The second axis dealt with the Russian aggression on Aleppo. The third axis raised the question of the killing of the ambassador in such a case justified under the pretext of defending our people in Syria? The fourth axis analyzed the legal rules that prohibit the killing of ambassadors, which are two things. The first is that it is a breach of the covenant and the security that has been given to him and security is more stringent in Shariah. It is one of the covenants and contracts that must be fulfilled. The second is the consequences of such acts of evident certain misdeeds without significant legitimate interest; killing one man does not achieve any hopeful interest. The conclusion of the article assured the prohibition of this act, because of the forbidden treachery and the abrogation of the Covenant, and because of the damage and corruption of the Muslims. This is a commitment to the values of Shariah and its principles. Although we are aware of the case of our brothers in Syria, and the role of Russian aggression, but we commit to Sharia, we should not make our minds and jurisprudence restricted to our emotions. Such incidents will not benefit our people in the Levant, but the first and last beneficiary of them is their enemy, he benefits from them to achieve his interests and goals, and the wise does not get blind at the moment to recognize the truth and the end..

هدف المقال إلى الإجابة عن تساؤل قتل السفراء جريمة أم قربة. وارتكز المقال على عده محاور، عرض المحور الأول حادثة تلقي السفير الروسي في تركيا عدة طلقات من رجل أمن يقف خلفه. وتناول المحور الثاني العدوان الروسي على حلب. وطرح المحور الثالث تساؤل عن هل يسوغ قتل السفير في مثل هذه الواقعة بحجة الدفاع عن أهلنا في الشام؟ وحلل المحور الرابع القواعد الشرعية التي تحرم قتل السفراء، وهما أمرين، الأمر الأول: ما فيه من نقض للعهد والأمان الذي أعطى له والأمان مشدد في الشرع فهو من العهود والعقود التي يجب الوفاء بها، والأمر الثاني: ما يترتب على مثل هذه التصرفات من مفاسد يقينية ظاهرة بلا مصلحة شرعية معتبرة فقتل رجل واحد لا يحقق أي مصلحة ترتجي. وأكدت خاتمة المقال على حرمة هذا الفعل، لما فيه من غدر محرم ونكث للعهد، ولما فيه من ضرر وفساد على المسلمين، فإن هذا التزام بقيم الشرع ومبادئه، ولا يخفى علينا حال إخوتنا في الشام، ولا دور العدوان الروسي، لكننا نلتزم بالشرع، ولا يجوز أن نجعل عواطفنا مقيدة لعقولنا وفقهنا، فمثل هذه الحوادث لن تفيد أهلنا في الشام بشيء، بل المستفيد الأول والأخير منها هو عدوهم، ينفذ منها إلى تحقيق مصالحه وأهدافه، والعاقل لا تعميه اللحظة عن إدراك الحقيقة والمآل.
