المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية التعاقد في ضوء مداخل تدريسية حديثة في تنمية الأداء التدريسي لدي طلاب الدبلوم العام في التربية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة تدريس الرياضيات.
وتكونت مجموعة البحث من ٦٠ طالبا وطالبة من طلاب الدبلوم العام نظام العام الواحد، وقسمت إلى ثلاث مجموعات مجموعة ضابطة (٢٠ طالب وطالبة)، ومجموعتين تجريبيتين؛ المجموعة التجريبية الأولي (٢٠ طالب وطالبة) تدرس مداخل تدريسية حديثة (ما وراء المعرفة، الذكاءات المتعددة) باستخدام استراتيجية التعاقد، والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية (20 طالب وطالبة) تدرس المداخل التدريسية الحديثة بطرق التدريس التقليدية.
وقامت الباحثة بإعداد أدوات البحث وهي اختبار أدائي في استراتيجيات التدريس، وبطاقة ملاحظة، ومقياس اتجاه نحو مهنة تدريس الرياضيات، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على المجموعات الثلاثة.
وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق بين متوسطات درجات المجموعات الثلاثة في الاختبار الأدائي لاستراتيجيات التدريس وبطاقة الملاحظة ومقياس الاتجاه بعديا، لذلك تم المقارنة بين المجموعات الثلاثة بعديا واتضح أن المجموعة التجريبية الأولي (تدرس المداخل التدريسية الحديثة ما وراء المعرفة، الذكاءات المتعددة باستخدام استراتيجية التعاقد)، المجموعة التجريبية الثانية (تدرس المداخل التدريسية الحديثة وفق لدليل المدرب بدون استخدام استراتيجية التعاقد) أفضل من المجموعة الضابطة ويمكن إرجاع ذلك إلى أن التدريب على المداخل التدريسية الحديثة ساعد المعلمين على الارتقاء بمستواهم المهني.
بالإضافة إلى أن المجموعة التجريبية الأولي أفضل من المجموعة التجريبية الثانية، لما لاستراتيجية التعاقد من قدرة على إثارة الدافعية لدى الطلاب وتعزيز حرية المتعلم في الرجوع إلى المصادر والمراجع المتاحة، وشعوره بالمسئولية الكاملة عن تعلمه، بالإضافة إلى نشاط المتعلم في تحقيق أهدافه وفقا للزمن الذي يناسبه ووفقا لقدراته وإمكانياته.




The current research aims to study the effectiveness of using the contracting strategy in light of modern teaching approaches in the development of the teaching performance of students of the general diploma in education and their attitudes towards the profession of teaching mathematics. The research group consisted of 60 students of the general diploma of one year. They were divided into three groups, a controlled group consisting of 20 students and two experimental groups. The first experimental group consisting of 20 students was taught modern teaching approaches (beyond knowledge, multiple intelligence) using the strategy of contracting, while the second experimental group consisting of 20 students studied modern teaching approaches in traditional teaching methods.
The researcher prepared research tools, including a performance test in teaching strategies, an observation card, and a scale of the trend towards the profession of teaching mathematics. The research tools were applied both pre- and post manner to all three groups.
The study results indicated that there was a difference between the average scores of the three groups in the performance test of teaching strategies, the observation card, and the post measure trend. Therefore the three groups were compared in a post-measuring manner. It turned out that the first experimental group (modern teaching approaches beyond Knowledge, multiple intelligence using contracting strategy) and the second experimental group (modern teaching approaches according to the instructor's manual without using the contracting strategy) are better than the controlled group. This can be attributed to the fact that training on modern teaching approaches helped teachers to upgrade their professional level.
In addition to that, the first experimental group is better than the second experimental group, because the contracting strategy has the ability to generate motivation among students and enhance the learner's freedom to refer to available resources and references, his sense of full responsibility for his learning, in addition to the learner's activity in achieving his goals according to the time that suits him and according to his abilities and possibilities.
