المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للجامعات كمؤسسات إنتاجية، ودواعي التوجه نحو إرساء منحي للجامعات كمؤسسات إنتاجية، وطرح خبرات بعض الجامعات الأجنبية كمؤسسات إنتاجية وكيفية الإفادة منها وتقديم تصور مقترح يسهم في إرساء منحي للجامعات المصرية كمؤسسات إنتاجية، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن المنحى الإداري الجديد للجامعات كمؤسسات إنتاجية يعد عقيدة إدارية ترتبط بالإيديولوجية الاقتصادية السائدة في المجتمع المعاصر، ويرتكز على نقل تقنيات وممارسات الإدارة بالقطاع الخاص إلي إدارة الجامعات، بما يجعلها قادرة علي تلبية متطلبات السوق. وقدمت الدراسة تصور مقترح لإرساء منحي إداري للجامعات المصرية كمؤسسات إنتاجية متضمنا متطلبات وآليات التنفيذ، وأهم معوقات التنفيذ، وطرق التغلب عليها.

The study aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of the universities as a Productive Institutions, and the reasons of establishing a domain of universities as Productive Institutions, and presented some of foreign universities experiences as a Productive Institutions and how to benefit from them, in addition to Providing a suggested prospect that may contributes in establishing a new domain to Egyptian universities as Productive Institutions. To achieve these objectives the study used the descriptive Method. The most important results of the study were: the new Administrative domain of universities as Productive Institutions is considered administrative doctrine associated with the prevailing economic ideology in the contemporary society, and based on the transfer of technologies and administrative practices in the private sector to the oniversity management; to make them able to meet market requirements. The study presented a suggested prospect to establish a new administrative domain to the Egyptian universities as Productive Institutions including Requirements and implementation mechanisms, the most important implementation obstacles, and ways to overcome them.
