|f This study attempts to focus heavily upon the new pedagogy and the reforms that have touched the Algerian educational system beginning from the 2003-2004 academic season. It is a competency approach that has come to fill the gaps associated with the wave of the goals approach, in the case where major and important stations have been addressed. Such as the methods associated with teaching competencies, which are the essence of this approach, as well as its objectives, and how the evaluation is carried out under them. The study then ends by addressing some of the difficulties related to applying the pedagogy of the competencies approach. \nWe aspire through this study to draw the attention of researchers and scholars to address this subject in depth and through analysis due to its importance within the field of educational. We hope that all effective actors in the educational sector will pay attention to it through shaping the teachers well in this field; those who have been delegated the task of teaching the application of this approach. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تحاول هذه الدراسة التركيز بشكل كبير على البيداغوجيا الجديدة والمصاحبة للإصلاحات التي مست المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية بدءا من الموسم الدراسي 2003-2004 وهي المقاربة بالكفاءات والتي جاءت لسد الثغرات المرافقة لموجة المقاربة بالأهداف حيث تم التطرق للمحطات الكبرى والهامة فيها كالطرق المصاحبة للتدريس بالكفاءات وهي جوهر هذه المقاربة وكذا أهدافها وكيف يتم التقويم في ظلها وانتهاء ببعض الصعوبات التي تعترض تطبيق بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات.\nونطمح من خلال هذه الدراسة لفت انتباه الباحثين والدارسين لتناول هذا الموضوع بالتعمق والتحليل لما له من أهمية في الساحة التربوية ونأمل من كل الأطر الفاعلة في القطاع التربوية إيلائه عناية من خلال تكوين المعلمين الجيد في هذا المجال فهم من أوكلت إليهم مهمة التدريس بتطبيق هذه المقاربة
