المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان فاعلية بيئة تعلم إلكترونية قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي لحل مشكلات صيانة شبكات الحاسب لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم. واستخدم البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي لبناء قائمة بمشكلات لصيانة شبكات الحاسب لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم وإعداد بيئة تعلم إلكترونية تفاعلية ذكية لحل مشكلات صيانة شبكات الحاسب. وتناولت الدراسة ثلاث محاور منها بيئات التعليم الإلكترونى والذكاء الاصطناعي وشبكات الحاسب. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 طالبا من الفرقة الثالثة بقسم تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية النوعية بقنا. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار تحصيلي وبطاقة ملاحظة. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فاعلية بيئة تعلم إلكترونية قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي لحل مشكلات صيانة شبكات الحاسب لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم في توجيه نظر القائمين إلى إنتاج بيئات إلكترونية ذكية وفق مجموعة من الأدوات والتقنيات الحديثة بمعايير تصميم متطورة. وتنمية الجوانب المعرفية والأدائية الأساسية في حل مشكلات صيانة شبكات الحاسب لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم. وتوجيه نظر التكنولوجيين إلى استخدام بيئات إلكترونية متطورة لعلاج مشكلات صيانة الحاسب من خلال النوعية من البيئات. وأوصت الدراسة بـضرورة الاستفادة من جميع النظريات والدراسات والأبحاث التي أجريت في مجال تصميم البرامج المبنية على نظم الذكاء الاصطناعي لمعرفة أفضل الطرق والأساليب والمخطوطات في التصميم وفقا لقواعد العينة المستخدمة والمرحلة العمرية والمادة التعليمية. والاهتمام بمجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وبالأخص أحد فروعه المهمة في مجال التعليم وهي نظم التعليم الذكية وابتكار تصميمات واستراتيجيات متعددة لذلك النوع من البرامج في عملية التعلم والتعليم. وتزويد مقررات الحاسب بشعبة تكنولوجيا التعليم بجزء يختص بصيانة شبكات الحاسب سواء كانت صيانة وقائية أو علاجية في المكونات المادية والبرمجية في شبكات الحاسب بشكل متدرج في المراحل الجامعية المختلفة بشعبة تكنولوجيا التعليم.

The study aimed to demonstrate the effectiveness of an electronic learning environment based on artificial intelligence to solve the problems of computer networks maintenance among students of educational technology. The research used the semi-experimental approach to build a list of problems for the computer networks maintenance among students of educational technology and to develop a smart interactive electronic learning environment to solve the problems of computer networks maintenance. The study dealt with three axes, including e-learning environments, artificial intelligence and computer networks. The study sample consisted of 30 students from the third year of the Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Specific Education in Qena. The study tools consisted of an achievement test and an observation card. The study results concluded by the effectiveness of an electronic learning environment based on artificial intelligence to solve the problems of computer networks maintenance in the students of technology education to direct the attention of those who produce intelligent electronic environments according to a range of tools and modern technologies with developed design standards, and develop the basic cognitive and performance aspects in solving the problems of computer networks maintenance among students of educational technology. In addition to directing the attention of technologists to use sophisticated electronic environments to address the problems of computer maintenance through the quality of environments. The study recommended using all theories, studies and research conducted in the field of designing programs based on artificial intelligence systems to know the best methods, ways and manuscripts in designing according to the rules of the sample used , the age range ,and educational material. In addition, it stressed the interest in the field of artificial intelligence, especially one of its branches in the field of education, intelligent education systems and the creation of multiple designs and strategies for that type of programs in the process of learning and education. In addition to providing the computer courses in the Department of Education Technology a part of the computer networks maintenance, whether preventive or remedial maintenance in the physical and software components in computer networks in a gradual manner in the various stages of the Department of Education Technology.
