المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الشراكة بين إدارة التعليم ومؤسسات المجتمع في مجال تدريب المعلمين،
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدم "الاستبيان" كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة من مجتمعها المتمثل في المشرفين التربويين بمحافظة الأحساء، والبالغ عددهم (284) مشرفاً تربوياً.
وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: ضعف الشراكة بين إدارة التعليم ومؤسسات المجتمع في مجال تدريب المعلمين ،
وذلك يتمثل في ضعف قنوات التواصل بين إدارة التعليم ومؤسسات المجتمع في مجال تدريب المعلمين، وضعف معايير الشراكة بين إدارة التعليم ومؤسسات المجتمع،
وعلى ضعف المبادرات من مؤسسات المجتمع لتدريب المعلمين، كما أن هناك موافقة بين أفراد مجتمع الدراسة على أن لدى مؤسسات المجتمع موارد بشرية ذات كفاءة عالية قادرة على تدريب المعلمين،
وأنه يوجد تواصل بين إدارة التعليم ومؤسسات المجتمع بهدف تطوير العملية التعليمية، وأن للبرامج التدريبية التي تقدمها مؤسسات المجتمع للمعلمين آثراً إيجابية على مستواهم المهني.

This study aimed to identify the reality of the partnership between the Department of Education and community institutions in the field of teacher training and To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the “questionnaire” as a tool to collect the study data from its community represented by the educational supervisors in Al-Ahsa governorate, who are (284) educational supervisors.
The study produced a number of results, most notably: a weak partnership between the Department of Education and community institutions in teacher training
This is exemplified by the weak channels of communication between the Department of Education and community institutions in the field of teacher training, and the weak standards of the partnership between the Department of Education and community institution and on the weak initiatives of community institutions to train teachers, and there is agreement among members of the study community that community institutions have highly qualified human resources capable of training teachers and that there is communication between the Department of Education and community institutions with a view to developing the educational process, and training programmes offered by community institutions for teachers have a positive impact on their professional level.
