|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي قياس إدراك الطلاب لمستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية بفرع جامعة الطائف بالخرمة، من خلال التعرف على مدى إدراكهم لعناصر جودة الخدمة التعليمية بالفرع، ومستويات أدائها، والتعرف على الفروق المعنوية لمستويات الجودة فيها وفق متغيراتهم الديمغرافية. وتم إعداد استبيان اشتمل على (17) عنصر لقياس جودة الخدمة التعليمية في الفرع، وزعت الاستبيانات على المستويات السادس والثامن بدرجة البكالوريوس، والمستوى الرابع بدرجة الدبلوم. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي ان الطلاب لديهم إدراك تام بالعناصر المكونة لجودة الخدمة التعليمية. كما بينت أيضا عدم وجود اختلافات في مستويات الأداء لعناصر جودة الخدمة التعليمية بالفرع. وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستويات الخدمة التعليمية المقدمة بالفرع تبعا لمتغيراتهم الديمغرافية مجتمعة. \nوبينت أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لعنصري سلوك المحاضرين خارج القاعات، ومتابعة الإرشاد الأكاديمي تبعا لمتغير التخصص.

|f This study aims to measure students' awareness of the level of quality of educational service at Taif University in Khorma, by identifying the extent of their awareness of the elements of the quality of the educational service in the branch, its performance levels, and to identify the moral differences of quality levels according to their demographic variables. A questionnaire was prepared, which included (17) elements to measure the quality of the educational service in the branch. The questionnaires were distributed at the sixth and eighth levels with the bachelor's degree and the fourth level with the diploma degree. The study found that students have a full awareness of the elements that constitute the quality of educational service. It also pointed out that there are no differences in the performance levels of the quality of the educational service in the branch. The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of the education service provided in the branch depending on their combined demographic variables.\nIt also showed that there were significant differences in the conduct of lecturers outside the halls and the follow-up of academic guidance depending on the specialization variable.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
