| 520 | |a الهدف من هذا العمل هو تحليل طبيعة التغييرات التنظيمية والإدارية الناتجة عن غرس نظام تسيير الجودة وفقا لمعيار أيزو 9001. سنحاول من خلال تحليل تجربة المؤسسة الكوست بجاية، فهم الطريقة المستخدمة من طرف هذه المؤسسة لقيادة وتسيير التغييرات الناتجة عن غرس نظام تسيير الجودة وتحليل مقاومة العاملين للتغييرات التي تم إدخالها. ما سيمكننا من فهم أصل الصعوبات التي واجهتها هذه المؤسسة خلال تنفيذ عملية الغرس واقتراح شروط الغرس الناجح لنظام تسيير الجودة. | ||
| 520 | |b This work aims to analyse the nature of the organizational and managerial changes induced by the implantation of Quality Management System, complies with ISO 9001 version 2008, in a company. We will try throught the analyses of the experience of the company ALCOST Bejaia, to understand the approach used by this company for the control and management of changes induced by the implantation of Quality Management System, and analyze the oppositions of employees towards them. Wich will allow us undrestand the origin of difficulties encountered durind the process of implementation of Quality Management System in this company, and point the conditions to succeed such an implantation. | ||
| 520 | |d Ce travail a pour objectif d’analyser la nature des changements organisationnels et managériaux induits par l’implantation d’un système de management de la qualité (SMQ), conforme à la norme ISO 9001 version 2008, dans une entreprise. Nous tenterons à travers l’analyse de l’expérience de l’entreprise ALCOST Bejaia, de comprendre la démarche utilisée par cette entreprise pour le pilotage et la gestion des changements induits par l’implantation de SMQ, et d’analyser les résistances des employés vis-à-vis les changements introduits. Ce qui nous permettra ainsi, de comprendre l’origine des difficultés rencontrées par cette entreprise durant le processus de mis en oeuvre, et de proposer les conditions de réussir l’implantation de cet outil dans une entreprise. | ||
