المستخلص: The researcher is important to study Information technology and its role in improving the performance of staff considered as independent variable measured through five branched dimensions us for flows ( high administration persuasion, appliances and equipment, network, database, IT training) and improving the performance of staff act as dependent variable which measured through four sub dimensions as (size performance, acceleration performance, simplify work and their perseverance and confidence). Determination of research problem had completed through a number of questions aimed to know the relationship and effect of Information technology and its role in improving the performance of staff which the hypotheses forming depended an these questions in order to identify the reality of Information technology system and the ramps of its effect on labors performance, the researcher had selected the associated University of Fallujah of as field study for application. The researcher depended on questionnaire in data collection which distributed on selected random sample of (80) labor of the University of Fallujah analyzed by using (SPSS) Statistical Packages for Social Sciences. The study achieved to more interested results which had been focusing on acceptance of research hypotheses which confirmed for existence of relationship and effect for Information technology an improvement performance of staff, in addition to group on results which the recommendations forming depended mainly on, so as to identify the system actuality and obstacles which consider as working obstacle and solve it for increasing the Information technology and its role in improving the performance of staff, In addition to the set of results that have been drafting a set of recommendations against which the ability to employ information technology in the direction that serves the university, staff and students.

يسعى الباحث إلى دراسة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ودورها في تحسين أداء الموظفين تمثلت تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمتغير المستقل والذي تم قياسه من خلال خمس أبعاد تمثلت ب( قناعة الإدارة العليا، الأجهزة والمعدات، شبكات الاتصال، قواعد البيانات، التدريب)، أما تحسين أداء العاملين فتمثل بالمتغير التابع والذي تم قياسه من خلال اربع أبعاد تمثلت ب (حجم الأداء، سرعة الأداء ، تبسيط العمل ، ومثابرتهم ووثوقهم ). تم تحديد مشكلة البحث من خلال مجموعة تساؤلات الهدف من وراءها التعرف على علاقة وأثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات بتحصين أداء الموظفين والتي على ضوؤها تم صياغة مجموعة من الفرضيات لتشخيص واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في جامعة الفلوجة باعتبارها جامعة مستحدثة ومدى تأثيرها على أداء العاملين، أختار الباحث جامعة الفلوجة كميدان للبحث باعتبارها جامعة مستحدثة تضم خمس كليات. اعتمد الباحث على استمارة استبيان للحصول على البيانات تم توزيعها على عينة اختيرت بصورة عشوائية من الموظفين في الجامعة بلغت عدد المستجيبين (80) موظف على مستوى الأقسام والوحدات من مجموع الموظفين وتيم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها قبول فرضيات البحث التي تؤكد على وجود علاقة وتأثير لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على تحسين أداء العاملين إضافة إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات على ضوؤها للقدرة على توظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الاتجاه الذي يخدم الجامعة والموظفين والطلبة.
