The study aimed to answer the following question “ What is the effect of constructive Approach, student’s gender and interaction between them on the ability of 8th grade students in solving geometrical problems . The sample size of the study is (156) eight-grade students. An achievement test was developed by the researcher .Two-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the data. Results showed that there were statistically significant differences in eighth -grade students' abilities to solve geometrical problems and their differences were in favor of the experimental group. However no statistically significant differences were found due to either gender or interaction. The researcher , therefore , recommended using of the constructivism approach in enhancing the student's ability to solve geometrical problems.
