المستخلص: هدف البحث للوقوف على مدى تطبيق إدارة مركز التكوين المهني والتمهين بمدينة خراطة على معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئتها التدريسية، واستند البحث على فرضية إدارة مركز التكوين المهني والتمهين بمدينة خراطة تهيئ لتطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة، واتبع البحث منهج الدراسة الوصفية من خلال مراجعة الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة. توصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها أن تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التكوين المهني والتمهين من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية غير موجود بالرغم من أهمية هذا القطاع في سوق العمل الجزائري.
أما من حيث المحاور فقد حصل المحور الأول متوفرة جزئيا على أعلى نسبة في هذا المجال بنسبة (31.57%)، ثم تلته بدرجة غير متوفرة (29.72%) ثم تلته بدرجة متوفرة بنسبة (29.16%)، كما حصل المحور الثاني على أعلى النسبة في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في استجابة متوفرة (33%) ثم تله متوفرة جزئيا (31.3%)، ثم تلته غير متوفرة (28.6%). وفي المحور الثالث فقد سجلت درجة غير متوفرة أعلى نسبة حيث قدرت (44.5%)، ثم تلته بدرجة متوفرة (31.2%)، ثم تلته متوفرة جزئيا بنسبة تقدر (26%)، أما في المحور الرابع فقد سجلت درجة متوفرة جدا (36%)، ثم تلته غير متوفرة بنسبة مئوية (35.8)، ثم تلته متوفرة جزئيا بنسبة (23.6%).
إن تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التكوين المهني والتمهين من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية غير موجود بالرغم من أهمية هذا القطاع في سوق العمل الجزائري. ومن خلال نتائج هذه البحث الدراسة نوصي بما يلي:
-ضرورة تصحيح التصورات والاتجاهات السلبية عن حقيقية وأهمية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات التكوينية.
-زيادة الوعي والاهتمام بتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التكوين المهني وبيان دورها في تقدم العملية التربوية، وذلك من خلال عقد دورات متخصصة وورش عمل بهدف زيادة فاعلية الكادر الأكاديمي.
-إعطاء أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية فرصة أكبر في المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، الأكاديمية الهامة.
-وضع آلية فاعلة للتحفيز والتميز والإبداع لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين وكذلك الطلبة في مؤسسات التكوين المهني.
-إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التكوين المهني واستخدام أساليب وأدوات مختلفة عن المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة.

The objective of the research to determine the extent to which the management of the Vocational Training and Professionalization Center in Kharata City applies to the standards of total quality management from the point of view of it's faculty members. The research is based on the hypothesis of Management the Vocational Training and Professionalization Center in the city of Kharata preparing for the application of comprehensive quality management standards. The research followed the descriptive study method through a review of theoretical literature and previous studies. The research reached many findings, including that the application of total quality management standards in vocational training and professionalization institutions from the point of view of faculty members does not exist despite the importance of this sector in the Algerian labor market.
In terms of the themes, the first theme was partially available wif the highest percentage in this field at (31.57%), followed by an unavailable score of (29.72%), and than followed by an available score of (29.16%). The second theme received the highest percentage in the application of total quality management in available response at (33%), followed by partially available at (31.3%), and than followed by the unavailable response at (28.6%). In the third theme, the highest percentage was recorded at (44.5%), followed by an available score of (31.2%), and than partially available score of (26%). The fourth theme recorded a very available score of (36%), followed by a non-available percentage (35.8), and than the partially available percentage of (23.6%).
The application of total quality management standards in vocational training and apprenticeship institutions from the point of view of faculty members does not exist despite the importance of this sector in the Algerian labor market. Through the results of this study research, we recommend the following:
-The need to correct negative perceptions and trends about the reality and importance of applying total quality management in the vocational institutions.
- Increase awareness and interest in the application of total quality management in vocational training institutions and demonstrate it's role in the advancement of the educational process, by holding specialized sessions and workshops aimed at increasing the TEMPeffectiveness of academic staff.
-Give faculty members a greater opportunity to participate in important academic decisions.
- Develop an TEMPeffective mechanism for motivation, excellence, and creativity for faculty members and administrators as well as students in vocational training institutions.
- Conduct further studies on total quality management in vocational training institutions and use methods and tools different from those used in this study.
