المستخلص: دراسة ميدانية هدفت تعرف درجة رضا مديري المدارس الثانوية في العراق عن دور التعليم العالي ومعوقاته في تنمية مهاراتهم الإدارية، اعتمدت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكون مجتمع البحث من (249) مديراً ومديرة في مدارس بغداد (الرصافة، والكرخ)، واختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية البسيطة بنسبة (40%) من مجتمع البحث، وبلغ عدد أفراد العينة (100) مديراً ومديرة. وجري تطوير استبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة موزعة بين مجالين. وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. واستعانت الباحثة ببرنامج (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من تطبيق الاستبانة في الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2015-2016. وتوصلت إلى النتائج الآتية: أن درجة رضا مديري المدارس عن دور الجامعات في تنمية مهارتهم الإدارية كان بمستوي وسط، وهي نتيجة غير كافية لأداء دور واسع في الجامعات تجاه ميدان التربية، وأن الجامعات لا تعد برامج خاصة لمنح الماجستير في الإدارة لمديري المدارس بنحو واسع يغطي حاجة ألف مدير مدرسة، وأن انتشار المدارس وكثرة عددها أحد اهم أسباب ضعف تفاعل الجامعات مع إدارات المدراس، وأن ارتفاع أجور المشاركة في الدورات وأنشطة الجامعات تعوق ترشيح منتسبي التربية للمشاركة فيها. وفي نهاية الأمر تم وضع عدد من التوصيات في ضوء النتائج المتحققة.

A field study aimed know the degree of satisfaction of secondary schools in Iraq managers about the role of higher education and its obstacles in the managerial skills development, it adopted the descriptive analytical method. The research community to be (249) as director and director of schools in Baghdad (Resaca and Karsh), the way research sample stratified random Statistics were selected (40%) of the research community, and the number of respondents (100) principals. It was the development of a questionnaire composed (40) items distributed between the two areas. It has been confirmed validity and reliability. The use of the researcher program (SPSS) to analyze the data obtained from the application of the questionnaire in the first semester of the academic year 2015 to 2016. And it reached the following results: the level of satisfaction of school principals about the role of universities in the administrative skill development had an average level, the result is not sufficient to perform a broad role in universities towards the education field, and that universities special programs to grant master's degree in administration for school administrators about large covers need no longer more than 20 thousand Director of the school, and that the spread of the large number of schools and one of the main reasons for the poor universities interact with school administrations, and that higher wages for participating in the activities of universities and courses impede the nomination of Education employees to participate. In the end it was a number of recommendations in the light of the results obtained.
