|a هدف البحث إلى قياس فاعلية التدريب الإلكتروني القائم على نظم إدارة التعلم (Lms) في تنمية مهارة إنتاج الدروس التفاعلية لمعلمات مادة الرياضيات بمدينة جدة، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وقد تم تصميم وإعداد البرنامج التدريبي بالإضافة إلى قائمة المهارات الخاصة بإنتاج الدروس التفاعلية والاختبار التحصيلي والاختبار الأدائي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) معلمة وقسمت عشوائياً لمجموعتين إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، ولإختبار صحة فروض البحث تم استخدام (اختبار ت) باستخدام برنامج المعالجة الإحصائية Spss، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات معلمات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في الجانب المعرفي والأدائي لمهارات إنتاج دروس التفاعلية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية مما يوضح فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية هذه المهارات.

|f The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of e-training based on learning management systems (Lms) in developing the skill of producing interactive lessons for teachers of mathematics in Jeddah. The researcher followed the semi-experimental method. The training program was designed and developed in addition to a list of skills for the production of interactive lessons, achievement tests, and performance testing. The research sample consisted of (30) female teachers and was divided randomly into two groups, one experimental and the other control. To test the validity of the research hypotheses (T-test) was used by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS. The results of the research have found that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental and control group teachers in the cognitive and performance side of the skills of producing interactive lessons and in favour of the experimental group which demonstrates the effectiveness of the training program in developing these skills.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
