The study adopted quasi-experimental design. Two classes in El Ferdous Experimental language school were distributed into two groups, control and experimental. The experimental group was taught the identified skills through the program based on the integrative model, but the control one was taught through the Teacher's Guide of the Ministry of Education. Tests were developed and administered to the two groups. The experiment lasted for eight weeks. After the completion of the experiment, the two groups were post tested. Using t-test, the difference between the pre and the post tests results were analyzed. Results indicated that 1) there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the literary literacy and creative writing skills post tests in favor of the experimental group, 2) there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the students in the experimental group on the pre and post tests in the literary literacy and creative writing skills tests in favor of the post test scores.
