|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أداء المشرف التربوي بالتربية العملية بكليات التربية في فلسطين لمعايير التقويم الحديثة من وجهة نظر الطلبة، ومن ثم وضع تصور مقترح، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (189) طالب وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية عشوائية نسبية من جامعتي الأزهر والأقصى بغزة، طبقت عليهم استبانة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2015/2016م، مكونة من (60) فقرة، موزعة على خمس محاور وهما: المعايير الشخصية، معايير ما قبل التدريس، معايير أثناء تنفيذ الدرس، معايير استخدام الوسائل التعليمية، معايير بعد الدرس (التقويم). وقد كشفت النتائج أن واقع أداء المشرف التربوي بالتربية العملية بكليات التربية في فلسطين لمعايير التقويم الحديثة من وجهة نظر الطلبة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة بوزن نسبي قدرة (78. 13%)، وقد حصل محور معايير استخدام الوسائل التعليمية على أعلى وزن نسبي قدره (81. 3%)، ثم محور معايير أثناء تنفيذ الدرس؛ بوزن نسبي قدره (79. 4%)، ثم محور معايير ما قبل التدريس بوزن نسبي قدره (78. 0%)، ثم محور معايير بعد الدرس (التقويم)، وحصل على وزن نسبي قدره (77. 1%). وبلغ الوزن النسبي لمحور المعايير الشخصية(74. 8%). وكشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع أداء المشرف التربوي بالتربية العملية بكليات التربية في فلسطين لمعايير التقويم الحديثة تعزى لمتغيرات: الجامعة، المعدل التراكمي، الجنس. وقد تم تفسير النتائج في ضوء أدبيات الدراسة، وقد قدمت الدراسة التصور المقترح.

|f This study aimed to reveal the performance of the educational supervisor of practical education in the faculties of education in Palestine to the modern evaluation standards from the students' point of view and then to develop a proposed concept. The study used the descriptive-analytical method, and the sample of the study consisted of 189 male and female students selected in a relatively random stratification method from Al-Azhar University and Al-Aqsa University in Gaza. A questionnaire was applied to them in the second semester 2015/2016, consisting of (60) paragraphs, divided into five topics: personal standards, pre-teaching standards, criteria during the course implementation, criteria for the use of teaching aids, criteria after the lesson (evaluation). The results revealed that the reality of the performance of the educational supervisor of practical education in the faculties of education in Palestine for the modern evaluation criteria from the point of view of students came at a high level with a relative weight of (78.13%). The criteria for the use of teaching aids received the highest relative weight of (81.3%), then the criteria during the course implementation, with a relative weight of (79.4%), the pre-teaching criteria with a relative weight of (0.78%), the post-lesson criteria (evaluation), and the relative weight of (77.1%). The relative weight of personal standards was (74.8%). The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the members of the study sample of the performance of the educational supervisor in practical education in the faculties of education in Palestine to the modern evaluation criteria attributed to variables: university, cumulative rate, sex.
