|d L’article soulève plusieurs problématiques effectives autour de la formation en information spécialisée lesquelles trouvent leur légitimité dans des lacunes et des aspects d’incapacité existante, en particulier dans les institutions spécialisées en formation dans les pays arabes, à l’image de ce qui est constituépar les écueils existants dans l’opération de formation en information, en général, et en information spécialisée en particulier ? et dans quelle mesure répondentelles aux exigences de la profession ? et quelle est la qualité de formation qu’il faut dispenser aux candidats pour exercer le métier et son contenu ? et, avant cela, quelles sont les institutions habilitées à accomplir cela ?
