المستخلص: Through this study ,which was conducted on high school students for training teachers, we aim to highlight firstly their motivations for choosing the profession of education and secondly their perceptions to the school. To complete this research, this data was collected using two research tools : a questionnaire on the motivation to choose the profession of education, and the network of repercussions or connections.(De Rosa) to reveal their social perception to the school.
The study revealed the overlap of many motives in selection of teaching profession, most notably those related to the opportunity to work then otherness motives. The study also showed a positive social perception of the school among students whose central focus is on education.

A travers cette étude auprès d’étudiants des écoles supérieures de formation des enseignants, nous cherchons à mettre en évidence deux points primordiaux. Premièrement, leurs motivations concernant le choix de la profession d'enseignement et deuxièmement leurs représentations de l'école. Pour achever cette recherche, les données ont été recueillies par le biais de deux outils de recherche: un questionnaire concernant ‘les motivations du choix de la profession d'enseignant’, ainsi que la technique de réseau d’association de Annamaria Silvana de Rosa afin de déceler la représentation sociale de l'école .L'étude a abouti à un chevauchement entre plusieurs facteurs motivationnels reliés aux choix de la carrière d'enseignement, avec la prééminence des motivations liées aux opportunités de travail, puis les motivations altruistes. Outre, les étudiants ont une représentation positive de l'école dont le noyau central est l’éducation et l'enseignement.

من خلال هذه الدراسة التي تمت على طلبة المدارس العليا لتكوين الأساتذة، نهدف لتسليط الضوء أولا على دوافعهم من اختيار مهنة التعليم، و ثانيا على تصوراتهم للمدرسة، و لاستكمال هذا البحث تم جمع المعطيات باستعمال أداتي بحث: استبيان حول دافعية اختيار مهنة التعليم، و شبكة التداعيات أو الارتباطات لديروزا (de Rosa) للكشف عن تصورهم الاجتماعي للمدرسة.
وقد كشفت الدراسة عن تداخل عديد الدوافع في اختيار مهنة التعليم، أبرزها الدوافع المتعلقة بفرصة العمل ثم الدوافع الغيرية، كما أبانت الدراسة عن تصور اجتماعي ايجابي للمدرسة لدى الطلبة، تتمحور نواته المركزية حول التربية والتعليم.
