يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع إرشاد الطلاب بالمعاهد الثانوية الأزهرية، وتوضيح مشكلاته من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين ومعلمي ومسئولي هذه المعاهد بمنطقة القاهرة الأزهرية، واتجاهات أفراد العينة نحو مقترحات تطويره، وبيان مدى وجود فروق بين أفراد العينة، تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة (نوع المعهد، طبيعة المعهد، الوظيفة، الجنس)، ثم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير الإرشاد الطلابي بالمعاهد الثانوية الأزهرية في ضوء الاتجاهات التربوية المعاصرة. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، واعتمد على الاستبانة التي طُبقت على عينة بلغت (315) فرداً، بنسبة (11.4%)، في الفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام 2015/2016. وأسفر البحث عن نتائج عديدة، أهمها: أن استجابات أفراد العينة على محاور الاستبانة جات مرتفعة، ولا توجد فروق بين أفراد العينة على محاور الاستبانة الثلاثة تبعاً لمتغيرات نوع المعهد (بنين/ بنات)، وطبيعة المعهد (عام/ نموذجي / خاص)، والجنس (ذكر /أنثى)، بينما توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين أفراد العينة على عبارات المحور الأول تبعاً لمتغير الوظيفة (أخصائي اجتماعي/معلم/إدارة المعهد) لصالح إدارة المعهد، وعلى عبارات المحور الثاني لصالح الأخصائيين، وعلى عبارات المحور الثالث لصالح إدارة المعهد والأخصائيين.
This study aimed at investigating the status quo of student counseling in Al-Azhar secondary institutes. It also measured participants’ attitudes toward suggestions for developing student counseling in Al-Azhar secondary institutes. To achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher designed and administered a questionnaire to 315 (11.4%)sccondary institute social counselors, teachers, and administration staff members in Cairo Al-Azhar region in the second semester of the academic year 2015 /2016. The following results were reached: Participants* total responses to the questionnaire and to its three different parts were high. There were no differences between participants’ scores on the three parts of the questionnaire due to institute gender (boys / girls), institute type (general / model / private), or participant gender (male / fcmalc).There were differences between participants' scores on the first part of the questionnaire due to job variable (social counselor /teacher / administration staff member) in favor of administration staff members. There were also significant differences between participants' scores on the second part of the questionnaire due to the job variable in favor of the social counselors. In addition, there were significant differences between participants' scores on the third part of the questionnaire due to the job variable in favor of administration staff members and the social counselors.
