المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف واقع ممارسة وكيلات الأقسام بكلية إدارة الإعمال بجامعة الملك سعود لأسلوب الإدارة بالتجوال من وجهه نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرات والمعيدات وذلك من خلال: 1- تعرف واقع ممارسة وكيلات الأقسام بكلية إدارة الأعمال بجامعة الملك سعود لأسلوب الإدارة بالتجوال من وجهه نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرات والمعيدات. 2- تعرف الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية-إن وجدت. بين أجابه أفراد العينة حول واقع مقايسة وكيلات الأقسام للإدارة بالتجوال وفقا لمتغيرات: (سنوات الخبرة، والقسم). 3- تعرف المعوقات التي تحد من ممارسة وكيلات الأقسام بكلية السياسة بجامعة الملك سعود للإدارة بالتجوال من وجهه نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرات والمعيدات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ قام الباحثان باستخدام المنهج الوصفي وجمع البيانات عن طريق الاستبانة، التي تم إعدادها وتوجيهها إلى عينة عشوائية طبقية مكونة من (34) عضوه من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي البالغ (137) عضوه من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية إدارة الأعمال بجامعة الملك سعود، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها منها: 1-تتمتع وكيلة القسم بحسن الاستماع والإنصات لمشاكل الموظفات أثناء تجوالها. 2-تدير وكيلة القسم الحوار بشكل ذكي للكشف عن حاجات منسوباتها أثناء تجوالها. 3-وكيلة القسم لا تقضي معظم الوقت خارج المكتب تتجول على القاعات الدراسية. 4- أن وكيلة القسم لا تقوم بجولات تفقدية لمكاتب الموظفات بالقسم. 5- لا توجد فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين استجابة أفراد العينة بالنسبة لمتغير (الخبرة –والقسم) حول درجة الممارسة لأسلوب الإدارة بالتجوال . 6- ان هناك الكثير من المعوقات التي تحد من قيام وكيلات القسم بممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال بفعالية منها: ضعف التحفيز للوكيلات، وكثرة المهام الموكلة، وضغوط العمل. وقد انتهت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The current study aimed to study the reality of the practicing of the Female Deputy Head Departments of the Faculty of Business Administration Department in King Saud University for the Method of management by wandering on the Basis of the Faculty lectures and teaching assistants overviews as the study aimed to achieve the follows: 1- To identify the reality of the practicing of the Female Deputy Head Departments of the Faculty of Business Administration Department in King Saud University for the Method of management by wandering on the Basis of the Faculty Overviews. 2- To identify the significant variations - if found - among the answers of the sample individuals about the reality of the practicing of the Female Deputy Head Departments for the Method of management by wandering on the basis of the following variables : years of experience and Department. 3- To identify the obstacles which limit the practicing of the Deputy Head Department in Faculty of Politics in King Saud University by wandering method on the basis of the faculty staff. To achieve the goals and objectives of this study ‘ the researcher used the Descriptive analytical method and collected data through questionnaire which was constructed by the researcher and implemented on random sample from (34) female members from the original society of the study‘ which consists of (37) members from the faculty members in the Faculty of Business Administration in King Saud University as the study concluded the follows : 1- Deputy Head Department has a good listening for the female staff during wandering. 2- Deputy Head Department manages dialogues in intelligent . manner to detect the needs of her staff during wandering.. 3- Deputy Head Department does not spend all the time outside the office wandering in the studying halls. 4- Deputy Head Department does not perform inspection tours for the females staff offices in the department. 5- There are no significant variations between the answers of the sample individuals for the variable (experience and department) about the level of practicing the method of management by wandering. 6- There are many obstacles which inhabit the deputy of the department to practice management by wandering in efficient manner as follows ; weakness of the motivations for them plenty of tasks and work pressures. The study concluded some of recommendations and suggestions .
