This research aims to measure the impact of self-efficacy of the heads of scientific departments in the rationalization of educational and scientific decisions, as the senior management behavior is one of the key variables in the organization and that could affect the performance of individual employees and therefore on its performance as a whole, is also an educational decisions basic engine For all the advances that could be taking place in communities in light of today's environment, noted the research problem to the existence of obvious deficiencies in the employment of the dimensions of self-efficacy in the rationalization of the educational process decisions, it has used the questionnaire to collect research data, and selected the University of Mustansiriya a field research as it has been random sample withdrawal of size (16) individual heads of scientific departments at the university mentioned, and Astkhcdm statistical program Ready (SPSS) in the introduction and analysis of research data, and statistical tools that have been used in the analysis: "The percentage of recurrence, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, the link to Spearman coefficient and simple linear regression ", has resulted in these tools number of results confirmed most of an association and the impact of relationship with significance for the efficiency of self in educational decisions and therefore was accepted main and branch assumptions contained in the search, and the researchers have recommended that increased attention researched study of the organization topics related to efficient self senior management and then the most important factors affecting it, and because of its significant impact on the educational decision-making process.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس تأثير الكفاءة الذاتية لرؤساء الأقسام العلمية في ترشيد قرارات العلمية التعليمية، إذ أن سلوك الإدارة العليا يعتبر واحد من المتغيرات الأساسية في المنظمة والتي من الممكن أن تؤثر على أداء الأفراد العاملين فيها وبالتالي على أدائها ككل، كما تشكل القرارات التعليمية المحرك الأساسية لكافة التقدمات التي من الممكن أن تشهدها المجتمعات في ظل البيئة المعاصرة، وقد أشارت مشكلة البحث إلى وجود قصور واضح في توظيف أبعاد الكفاءة الذاتية في ترشيد قرارات العملية التعليمية، وقد استعملت الاستبانة لجمع بيانات البحث، واختيرت الجامعة المستنصرية ميدانا للبحث إذ تم سحب عينة عشوائية بحجم (16) فرد من رؤساء الأقسام العلمية في الجامعة المذكورة، واستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي الجاهز (SPSS) في إدخال وتحليل بيانات البحث، ومن الأدوات الإحصائية التي استخدمت في التحليل: "النسبة المئوية للتكرار، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الاختلاف، معامل الارتباط لسبيرمان، والانحدار الخطي البسيط"، وقد أسفرت هذه الأدوات عدد من النتائج أكدت معظمها على وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير ذات دلالة معنوية للكفاءة الذاتية في القرارات التعليمية وبناء على ذلك تم قبول الفرضيات الرئيسة والفرعية التي تضمنها البحث، وعليه فقد أوصي الباحثان بضرورة زيادة اهتمام المنظمة المبحوثة بدراسة الموضوعات ذات العلاقة بالكفاءة الذاتية للإدارة العليا ومن ثم أهم العوامل المؤثرة فيها وذلك لما لها من تأثير كبير في عملية اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية.
