المستخلص: تأتي ثقافة المدرسة اليوم مع افتراض قوتها كأحد مرتكزات النجاح في بيئة التعلم، وتحقيق جودة المدرسة، وتميزها، وقدرتها على التعامل مع معطيات الواقع، وفهم توجهات المستقبل، لذلك فإن خطط، الإصلاح المدرسي ومنها ما يتعلق ببناء مجتمع التعلم ترتبط بوجود ثقافة مدرسية قوية تعطى مساحات واسعة من الفرص والبدائل؛ التي ترسم واقع عمل تنسجم أبعاده وتتكاتف عناصر بيئته المادية والمعنوية لتشكل نموذجا لمدرسة عصرية قادرة على تكوين منطلقات راسخة ومتجددة للعمل في ضوء رؤية واضحة ومحددة تظهر في مستوى الجهد الذى تقوم به المدرسة في خططها، وأساليبها وبرامجها، وعلاقاتها. وفى ضوء ذلكم يتمثل الهدف الرئيس للبحث الحالي في الوقوف على محددات العلاقة بين ثقافة المدرسة المصرية الراهنة، وقدراتها على بناء مجتمع التعلم، بما يسمح بتحديد الأبعاد الثقافية اللازمة لبناء مجتمع التعلم ووضع تصور لصيغ التحول الثقافي في ضوء هذه الأبعاد لينتهي البحث بوضع شروط التحول في ثقافة المدرسة والتوجيهات اللازمة لتحول آخر منشود هو التحول نحو مجتمع تعلم مدرسي.

The school culture comes today with the assumption of its strength as one of the foundations of success in the learning environment and to achieve the quality of the school, its excellence, its ability to deal with the facts of reality and understanding of future directions. Therefore, the plans for school reform, including the construction of the learning community are linked to the existence of a strong school culture that gives large areas of opportunities and alternatives which draw the reality of a work that its dimensions are consistent, and the elements of its physical and moral environment are combined to form a model for a modern school capable of forming a solid and renewed bases to work in the light of a clear and specific vision that becomes clear in the level of effort the school makes in its plans, methods, programs and relations. In the light of this, the main objective of the current research is to identify the determinants of the relationship between the current Egyptian school culture and its ability to build the learning community, which allows to identify the cultural dimensions necessary to build the learning society and to put a proposed vision for the forms of cultural transformation in light of these dimensions. And also putting the requirements of transformation in school culture, and necessary instructions for another desired transformation which is the transformation to a school-learning community.
