المستخلص: إن للأدب العربي في العصر العباسي أهمية خاصة تميزه عن باقية عصور الأدب ؛ لكونه يمثل الحضارة العربية والإسلامية في أوج نضجها العلمي والأدبي في العلوم والآداب المختلفة التي وجدت حقها من التدوين والحفظ من عاديات الزمن، فنشطت بذلك الكتابة و انتقلت من مجرد مهنة وحاجة فرضها العصر إلى صناعة قيض لها جهابذة من الكتاب والأدباء العباسيين وأصبحت لها دواوين مستقلة تعرف بدواوين الإنشاء، مما هيأ لأنواع النثر أن تزدهر أن تصبح لها سوق رائجة في هذا العصر ، بل اقتحم على الشعر أبوابه وشاركه في ميادينه ( الجاحظ) 1983م،ص17 وزاحمه المكانة المرموقة التى كان يحتلها في الحياة العربية منذ العصر الجاهلى ، فتنوعت فنونه وتعددت موضوعاته وقوالبه الأدبية من خطب ورسائل و توقيعات وغيرها، وإن حظيت معظم هذه الفنون بالدراسة والبحث من لدن الدارسين المعاصرين ظل فن التوقيعات أقل اهتماما وشهرة من غيره وكل من نجده مقتطفات مبتسرة هنا وهناك في ضحى الإسلام لأحمد أمين أو تاريخ الأدب العربي (العصر العباسي الأول) لشوقي ضيف وغيرها، أو مقالات ورقية و إلكترونية اكتفت بتناول الموضوع تناولا سطحيا ولم تحاول الولوج إلى لب نصوص التوقيعات وتسعى إلى تحليل مضامينها الفنية والبلاغية بعمق وتكشف عما تخفيه هذه المضامين من خبايا وخفايا جديرة بالبحث فيها والتعريف بها، ومن هنا جاءت أهمية الكتابة في هذه الجوانب، عل الباحث يظفر بما لم يظفر به غيره كما يهدف الباحث من خلال هده الدراسة إلى لفت النظر إلى أهمية هذا الفن النثر الذي لا يقل أهمية عن غيره من فنون النثر العباسي وربما فاق بعضها من الناحية الفنية المستندة على ثلاثية الإيجاز والبلاغة والإقناع.

Arab literature in the Abbasid era has a special importance that distinguishes it from the rest of the eras of literature; because it represents the Arab and Islamic civilization at the peak of its scientific and literary maturity in the various sciences and literatures that have been given a great interest through copying and preservation from destruction, so the writing became active and moved from just a profession and a need imposed by the era to an industry to which great Abbasid writers and authors have given great interest . Independent diwans have been made for this field such as composition (Insha'a) diwans. This flourishes the types of prose until it found great popularity in this era. It competes the poetry severely and shared it in its fields (Al-Jahiz) 1983 AD, P17 sharing it in its pioneer position which it occupied in the Arab life since the pre-Islamic era. Its arts varied and its subjects and literary forms varied from speeches, letters, brief phrases, etc., . Although Most of these arts were studied by contemporary scholars, the art of brief phrases received less interest and became less famous than others. It only has small hints in Doha Al- Islam for Ahmed Amin or the history of Arabic literature (the first Abbasid era) by Shawqi Daif and others, or paper and electronic articles that dealt with the subject superficially and did not attempt to enter the core of the texts of the brief phrases seeking to analyze their aesthetic and rhetorical implications deeply and reveal the hidden contents that are worth of research and identification. Hence, we find the importance of writing in these aspect that the researcher may can achieve distinguished work. In addition, the researcher aims through this study to draw attention to the importance of this prose art which is not less important than others of the Abbasid prose arts , that it may exceeded some of them from the aesthetic aspect based on the trilogy of brevity, rhetoric and persuasion.
