المستخلص: المحتوي الإلكتروني للبحث العلمي هو اهم مصادر العلمية البحثية في التقييم العالمي للجامعات وبالتالي يصعب التقييم الموضوعي للجامعات في مجال إتاحة المحتوى الإلكتروني نظرا لعدم توافر الإنتاج العلمي والبحثي بصورة رقمية منشورة في المواقع الرسمية لهذه الجامعات بالرغم من توافر هذا الإنتاج العلمي والبحثي بصورة ورقية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس. لذلك اتخذت جامعة بنها إجراءات فعالة لتحسين المحتوى الرقم للبحث العلمي من خلال تبني مصفوفة تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالتنسيق مع مركز تنمية قدرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقيادات بجامعة بنها للتوعية والتدريب على آليات رفع الأبحاث الكاملة بهدف إتاحة المحتوى العلمي مما يزيد من فرص الاطلاع من المجتمع الأكاديمي الداخلي والخارجي ويرفع عدد الاستشهادات لهذه البحوث. كما تضمنت الحقيقية التدريبية أيضا تحفيز أعضاء هيئة التدريس للتسجيل على موقع جوجل سكولار للتوسع في إتاحة الرؤية لهذه الأبحاث العلمية. أظهرت دراسات قياس مردود واثر التدريب والتي اعتمدت على الإحصائيات الحديثة من فواعد بيانات الموقع الرسمي لجامعة بنها تطور عدد الملخصات والأبحاث المرفوعة على مواقع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بصورة ملحوظة حيث ارتفع إجمالي عدد الملخصات والأبحاث الكاملة من ١٧٤٢٧ إلى ٢٨٣٨٨ في الفترة من 2014 إلى 2016 بنسبة 62.9 % كما ارتفع عدد الأبحاث الكاملة من ٥٢٩٨ إلى ٩٠٠٩ بنسبة 70 % وعدد الملخصات البحثية من ٣٣٨٧ إلى 14566 بنسبة 330 % كما انعكست هذه التطورات في زيادة المحتوى الرقمي للبحث العلمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بنها على التقييم العالمي لجول سكولار لعدد الاستشهادات المرجعية لأعلى عشرة أعضاء هيئة تدريس حيث ارتفعت عدد الاستشهادات من 9472 عام 2015 إلى 12756 في ديسمبر 2016 بنسبة زيادة 34.7 %. من خلال هذه النتائج يتضح الدور الفعال للحقيبة التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والتي يتم تنفيذها بالتعاون مع المركز في تحسين المحتوى الرقمي للبحث العلمي وتوصي النتائج بالتوسع في هذه الدورات وتطويرها بصورة دورية حتى تؤتي ثمارها على الباحث والجامعة.

The electronic content of scientific research is the most important source of the research process in the global evaluation of universities. Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate the universities objectively in the field of the availability of the electronic content due to the lack of scientific and research production in a digital form that is published in the official barriers of these universities despite the availability of this scientific production and research paperwork among the faculty staff members. Therefore, the University of Benha has taken effective measures to improve the digital content of the scientific research by adopting a training matrix for the faculty staff members, in coordination with the faculty staff and leaderships development center at Benha University, for awareness and training on the Mechanisms of raising the full research in order to provide the practical content, Thus increasing the chances of learning from the internal and external academic community and increasing the number of citations to these researches. The real training also included encouraging faculty members to register on the Google Scholar site to expand the visibility of these scientific researches. The studies of measuring the impact of the training that is based on the recent statistics, from the databases of the official website of Benha University, showed that the number of summaries and researches that are published on faculty websites had increased in a significant way. The total number of summaries and full researches increased from 17427 to 28388 in the period between 2014 - 2016 by 62.9 % . The number of full researches papers increased from 5298 to 9009 by 70 % and the number of research abstracts increased from 3387 to 14566 by 330%. These developments also reflected the increase in the digital content of the scientific research for the faculty staff members at the University of Benha on the global evaluation of Google Scholar for the number of references citations to the top ten faculty staff members, where the number of these citations had increased from (9472 in 2015 ) to (12756 in December 2016) by 34.7 % . Through these results, the effective role of the training portfolio for the faculty staff members, which is implemented, in cooperation with the Center, improves the digital content of the scientific research and the results recommend to expand and to develop these courses periodically; in order to bear fruit on the researcher and the university.
