المستخلص: النشر العلمي هو المحصلة النهائية التي يقوم بها الباحث، لنشر ما أنجزه من أعمال وعلم ومعرفة، من أجل المساهمة في تنمية المجتمع من خلال تطوير أساليب العمل لدى المؤسسات والأفراد وتصنف أشكال النشر العلمي على أساس صناعة النشر إلى نشر تقليدي، ونشر مكتبي ونشر إلكتروني. وتصنف أيضا على أساس الهدف من النشر إلي نشر تجاري وغير تجارى.
أصبح النشر العلمي واحدة من النشاطات التي تقيم عليها الجامعة وبالتالي تقيم عليها بلدان من الناحية العلمية والمهنية، فالنشر العلمي يعرف الباحث إلي العالم. وللنشر العلمي أهمية كبرى حيث أصبح ركيزة أساسية ومن أهم أسس تصنيف الجامعات عالميا، كما أصبح الحصول على تمويل المشروعات البحثية في معظم أنحاء العالم يعتمد أيضا على عدد الأبحاث الدولية المنشورة للباحثين والمجموعات البحثية


Practical publishing is the final outcome of the researcher, to publish the work and knowledge science, in order to contribute to the development of society through the development of the working methods of institutions and individuals.
Scientific publishing formats are classified on the publishing industry basis into traditional publishing, desktop publishing and electronic publishing. It is also classified on the basis of the objective of publication to commercial and non-commercial publication.
Scientific publishing has become one of the activities on which the university is based and thus evaluated by countries in scientific and professional terms. Scientific publishing defines the researcher to the world. Scientific publishing is of great importance as it has become a major pillar of the classification of universities globally. Access to funding for research projects in most parts of the world also depends on the number of published international researches for researchers and research groups.
Scientific publishing also provides opportunities for the researcher to identify the scientific figures working in their scientific and professional fields, in any countries working in any universities, and to allow the exchange of experiences and cooperation between universities worldwide. The fact that this is a reputation for the universities and the research centers that researchers are working with is important to get the practical reputation of the person first and then the impact on the university to which he belongs and then to the country.
