|a تكمن هده الدراسة في الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيسي التالي:\nما فاعلية استخدام المواقع الالكترونية في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين بدولة البحرين ولتحقيق هذا الغرض قام الباحث باختيار عينة من المعلمين في دولة البحرين وتم تطبيق عليهم استبيان ومقابلات شخصية بينهم للوقوف على مدى فاعلية المواقع الإلكترونية في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين، النتائج: وجود تقدم ملحوظ في رغبة المعلمين في التنمية المهنية وتطوير الذات.\nإيجابية تواصل الطلاب مع المعلمين في حالة توافر وسيلة اتصال رسمية لتقديم سبل لدعم والمساندة. عبر موقع إلكتروني لكل معلم. تنوع تقديم المنهج المدرسي للطالب من خلال موقع معلم المادة. ومن أهم التوصيات: إنشاء موقع الكتروني لكل معلم حتى ييسر تواصله مع الطلاب. تأهيل المعلمين في مجال إدارة وتصميم مواقع الانترنت من خلال ورش العمل والدورات في هذا الأمر.

|f This study focuses on answering the following main question: \nWhat is the effectiveness of using websites in the professional development of teachers in the State of Bahrain. To this end, the researcher selected a sample of teachers in the State of Bahrain and applied a questionnaire and interviews with them to find out the effectiveness of the use of websites in the professional development of teachers, and the results: the presence of significant progress in the desire of teachers for professional development and self-development.\nPositive students communication with teachers if there is an official means of communication to provide assistance and support via a website for each teacher. The diversity of the presentation of the school curriculum to the student through the site of the subject teacher. One of the most important recommendations is the creation of a website for each teacher in order to make it easier to communicate with students.
