|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات التدريب في عمادة البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بالرياض من وجهة نظر المدربين حول عدد من المعوقات التدريبية، والتي تتعلق: بالمدرب، الطالب، المنهاج الدراسي، إدارة العمادة، ومناخ العمل. ولتحقيق ذلك صمم الباحث استبانه مؤلفة من (44) عبارة، وتم توزيعها على عينة عددها (90) مدرب منهم (12) سعودياً، (78) غير سعودي. وأظهرت النتائج الدراسة وجود معوقات تدريبية مختلفة تتعلق بمحاور الاستبانة، وعلى ضوئها قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات التي قد تسهم في مواجهة هذه المعوقات ومن ثم العمل على تذليلها.

|f This study aimed to identify the obstacles to training in the Deanship of Preparatory Programs at Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh from the point of view of trainers on a number of training obstacles, which relate to: the trainer, the student, the curriculum, the management of the Deanship, and the work environment. To achieve this, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (44) sections and distributed it to a sample of (90) instructors, of whom (12) are Saudi and (78) are non-Saudi. The results of the study showed the existence of various training obstacles related to the axes of the questionnaire, and in light of them the researcher made a series of recommendations that might contribute to addressing these obstacles and then work to overcome them.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
