الطفل التوحدي يعيش في عزلة تامة داخل حدود عالمه الداخلي الشخصي، ويبدو غير مبال علي الإطلاق بالآخرين، كما أنه يميل إلي الابتعاد التام عنهم، وتجنب إقامة علاقات معهم، مما يجعل تواصل هؤلاء الأطفال مع الأخرين وعلاقاتهم الاجتماعية معهم امراً بالغ الصعوبة أو متعذراً في كثير من الحالات، ويضطرب هؤلاء الأطفال من أي تغيير يحدث في بيئتهم، ودائما يكررون حركات بدنية أو مقاطع من الكلمات بطريقة آلية متكررة، ولذلك تري الباحثة أنه من الممكن استخدام الأغاني لإكساب الأطفال التوحديين مهارات التواصل اللغوي والاجتماعي مع بيئتهم ومن حولهم، حتي يمكن تقليل انسحابهم من المحيط الاجتماعي وعزلتهم داخل ذواتهم، وإكسابهم مهارات للتواصل اللغوي والاجتماعي، كما تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي اختبار فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم علي استخدام الأغاني لزيادة وتنمية التواصل اللغوي وتحسين التواصل الاجتماعي لدي عينة من أطفال التوحد، بما لها من جاذبية علي وجدانه واحساسيه، مما قد يؤثر إيجابا في بعض المظاهر السلوكية الأخرى لديهم، وهو ما قد ينعكس بوجه عام علي نضجهم الاجتماعي. تساؤلات الدراسة: مقياس النمو اللغوي لطفل التوحد (إعداد أسامة احمد خضر، 2010) ومقياس جيليام لتشخيص التوحد، (إعداد محمد عبد الرحمن، مني خليفة 2004) مقياس التواصل الاجتماعي لطفل التوحد (إعداد رانيا كمال الدين القاضي، 2008) نتائج الدراسة: يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسيين القبلي والبعدي في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية لمقياس النمو اللغوي لدي عينة الدراسة من الأطفال التوحديين، يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي في جميع الأبعاد، والدرجة للكلية لمقياس التواصل الاجتماعي لدي عينة الدراسة من الأطفال التوحديين، وذلك لصالح متوسط رتب درجات القياس البعدي غي جميع الحالات.
