المستخلص: Administrative corruption is one of the most important aspects and consequences of the stumble in the making, implementation and evaluation of public policies. Administrative corruption is, at the same time, one of the most important reasons for the delay of public development programs reform, and administrative reform programs, in particular. In that context, the research paper concentrates on the Egyptian’s public policy case of combating the Administrative Corruption.
