المستخلص: This study aims to، identifying the degree of commitment of faculty members in the College of education in Dawadmi with the ethics، from the perspective of students، by answering about the main question "What is the degree of commitment of faculty members in the college of education in Dawadmi with the ethics from the perspective of students?"The Researcher used the descriptive and resolution as a searching tools. The searching community consists of 749 students. After field application seeker، 439 identifying valid statistical analysis obtained The results obtained from the Study are concluded in the following: 1 - All members agree to commitment to the field ethics with average of 3.92 out of 5.00 such as : -Field ethics related to personal behavior of stuff members with average of 3.98 out of 5.00 2-This study cleared that، there are statistical difference in academic level variable go towards to first level till fourth level، otherwise for specialist level variable، the differences go towards to that have Arabic specialist.
