المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع سير الاختبارات في جامعه الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن من وجهه نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والتعرف على واقع التنظيم، والاتصال في وحدة سير الاختبارات في كلية التربية، والمساهمة في وضع آليات للارتقاء بوحدة سير الاختبارات في كلية التربية جامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. ومن النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أن تحديد وحدة سير الاختبارات لمهام عضو الهيئة التدريسية أثناء الاختبارات، يعد من الاعتبارات التنظيمية المهمة لعضو هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية جامعة الأميرة نوره بنت عبد الرحمن كذلك أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن التنظيم في تصميم الجداول، ووضوحها، ذات أهمية عند عضو هيئه التدريس. وإن أتباع وحدة سير الاختبارات لسياسة واضحة، والحرص على البساطة في إجراءات العمل، ووضوحها، تساعد عضو هيئة التدريس على إتقان العمل. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن حصول عضو هيئة التدريس على المعلومات عن سير الاختيارات الكترونيا، واستيفاء جداول الاختبارات لكافة المعلومات، توفر له مزيد من الوقت والجهد تمنحه المرونة في الحصول على المعلومات. وكشفت النتائج أن مهارات التواصل الجيد يؤدي إلى تحسين إداء فرق العمل في وجودة سير الاختبارات. ومن ناحية أخرى تساهم المرونة يشكل مباشر في جوده إداء فريق العمل في وجودة سير الاختبارات. ويري إعضاء هيئة التدريس أن من لآليات المقترحة للارتقاء بجودة سير الاختبارات هو تصميم خطة لتقييم إداء وحدة سير الاختبارات في ضوء أسس الجودة الشاملة، واستخدام بطاقات نتائج تحليل البيانات كوسيلة للمتابعة. أظهرت النتائج إن الاستخدام الأمثل للتقنية، وتفعيل الشاشات الإلكترونية في الكلية للمساهمة في الإعلانات عن الاختبارات، وتفعيل خدمات الإنترنت، من الأليات المقترحة للارتقاء بوحدة سير الاختبارات. ‪‪

This study aimed to shed light on the reality of the conduct of the tests at Princess Noura girl Abdul Rahman University from the viewpoint of faculty members, and recognize the reality of the organization, and communication in the unit functioning Alachtbaratvi College of Education, and contribute to the development of mechanisms to elevate the unity of the conduct of the tests in the Faculty of Education, University of Princess Nora girl Abdel-Rahman, the researcher has used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for study. It is the findings of her study The determination and unity of the conduct of the tests of the functions of a member of the teaching staff during the tests, is an important regulatory considerations for a faculty member in the College of Education, University of Princess Noura girl Abdel-Rahman, the results of the study also yielded that Altnziam in the design tables, and clarity, relevance When a faculty member. If you follow the course of unit tests for a clear policy, and concern for the simplicity in the work procedures, and clarity, help faculty member to master the work. Results of the study also revealed that a faculty member for the information electronically on the progress of the tests, and the tests meet the schedules for all of the information, provide him with more time, effort, and gives him the flexibility to access information. Results revealed that good communication skill will improve the performance of teams in the unity of the conduct of the tests. On the other hand flexibility contributes directly to the quality of work performance and team unity in the conduct of the tests. Faculty members believe that the mechanisms proposed to improve the quality of the conduct of the tests is to design a plan for evaluating the performance and conduct of unit tests in the light of the overall quality grounds, and use the results of the analysis of the data cards as a means of follow-up. The results showed that the optimal use of technology, and to activate the electronic screens at the college to contribute to the advertisements for the tests, and activate Internet services, of the proposed mechanisms to elevate the unity of the conduct of the tests. The study contained a number of recommendations.
