المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل محتوى كتاب الرياضيات للصف الثالث المتوسط في المملكة العربية السعودية مع المعايير العالمية للعمليات والمحتوى [1] وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كتاب الرياضيات المقرر على تلاميذ الصف الثالث المتوسط، وكانت عينة الدراسة هي نفسها مجتمع الدراسة،، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة الثلاث فقد طور الباحث أداة مكونة من نموذجين، هما: النموذج الأول لتحليل الكتاب اشتمل على المؤشرات الرئيسية الخاصة بالمعايير العالمية للعمليات [1] (حل المشكلات، والترابطات الرياضية، والتواصل الرياضي والتمثيلات الرياضية، والتفكير الرياضي) في كتاب الرياضيات للصف الثالث المتوسط في المملكة العربية السعودية. والنموذج الثاني لتحليل الكتاب اشتمل على المؤشرات الرئيسية الخاصة بالمعايير العالمية للمحتوى [1] العدد والعمليات، الجبر، الهندسة، القياس، وتحليل البيانات والاحتمالات). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الخاصة بالتحليل أن الكتاب تضمن معيار (حل المشكلات الرياضية. والتواصل الرياضي، والتفكير الرياضي، والتمثيل الرياضي) بدرجة اتساق عالية، أما فيما يخص معيار الترابط الرياضي فقد جاء بدرجة اتساق متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج تحليل المحتوى في معايير (العدد والعمليات، الجير، الهندسة، القياس، وتحليل البيانات والاحتمالات) فقد جاءت بدرجة اتساق عالية، كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تباينا واضحا بين نتائج تحليل المحتوي وتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توافر المعايير العالمية في كتاب الرياضيات للصف الثالث المتوسط في المملكة العربية السعودية، إذ بينت نتائج تحليل المحتوى عن درجة توافر عالية، بينما كشفت تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن درجة توافر متوسطة، باستثناء معيار الترابط الرياضي حيث اتفقت نتائج تحليل المحتوى مع تقديرات أفراد العينة على درجة توافر متوسطة لهذا المعيار. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحث بضرورة مسايرة التطورات بالاهتمام بالمعايير العالمية وتطبيقها لتحقيق الجودة في العملية التعليمية.

The study aimed at math book average third grade in Saudi Arabia with the international standards for operations and content analysis (NCTM) [1] and the attic, Society may be the study of mathematics book scheduled on the average third-grade students, and the study sample are the same study population, and to answer the three questions of the study the researcher has developed a tool consists of two models, namely: The first model to analyze the book included their own global standards for the operations of key indicators (NCTM) [1] (problem solving, mathematical correlations, communicate athletic sports and entertainment events, and mathematical thinking) in the math book third grade average in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The second model to analyze the book included an own global standards for the content of the main indicators (NCTM) [1] (in number and operations, algebra, geometry, measurement, and data analysis and probability). Results of the study own analysis has shown that the book included standard (mathematical problem solving, and communication athlete, and mathematical thinking, and acting athletic) with high consistency, either in terms of standard mathematical correlation came degree of consistency of the average, as the results of content analysis in the standards shown (number and operations , algebra, geometry, measurement, and data analysis and probability) came highly consistent. The results also showed that there Tbaena a clear between the results of the content and the estimated sample study on the availability of global standards in math book third grade average in Saudi Arabia members of the analysis, it showed the results of content analysis of the degree of high availability, while uncovered study sample estimates of the degree of availability medium, with the exception of the standard sports interdependence where content with the results of the sample analysis estimates agreed on a medium-high availability of this standard. In light of these findings the researcher recommended the need to keep pace with developments in the interest of global standards and applied to achieve quality in the educational process.
