المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة تطوير الأداء الإداري بالتعليم الأساسي في ضوء مدخل إدارة التميز، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتم اختيار عدد (159) من الهيئة الإدارية والتعليمية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في منطقة الأحمدي التعليمية بدولة الكويت، وتم تصميم استبانة للتعرف على كيفية تطوير الأداء الإداري بمدارس التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر مديري إدارة التعليم الأساسي، وأشارت النتائج إلى ترتيب مفردات محور اختيار مدير المدرسة ومتطلباته في ضوء مدخل إدارة التميز. حسب المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة البحث، حيث حصلت العبارة رقم (14) وهي"يقبل النقد والرأي المخالف" في الترتيب الأول، وجاء ترتيب مفردات مجال البيئة المدرسية ومتطلباتها في ضوء مدخل إدارة التميز حسب المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة البحث. حيث أوضحت النتائج أن العبارات رقم (16، 32، 20، 19، 17، 27، 30) جاءت في ترتيب مرتفع من (1 إلى 7) على التوالي.

The study was aimed to develop the administrative performance in primary education in light of the Department of Excellence. The study was based on the descriptive method. 159 individuals from the administrative and educational body of the schools of primary education were selected in Ahmadi educational district in the State of Kuwait. A questionnaire was designed to learn how to improve the management performance of the schools primary education from the point of view of the principals of the department of primary education. The results showed the order of the vocabularies of the choice of the principal of the school and his requirements in the light of the introduction of the Department of Excellence. According to the arithmetic averages of the responses given by the members of the sample of the research, where the phrase no 14, says “accepting criticism and dissenting opinion” in the first order. The order of the vocabularies of the school environment and its requirements in light of the Department of Excellence came according to the averages of the responses given by the individuals of the sample of the research where the results showed that the phrases no 16, 17, 19, 20, 27, 30 and 32 came in high order from 1 to 7 respectively.
