المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ومعوقات استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي لمقرر اللغة الإنجليزية المطور لجميع مراحل التعليم العام من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات اللغة الإنجليزية بمحافظة الزلفي. وحاولت الدراسة اقتراح بعض الحلول للتغلب على هذه المعوقات من وجهة نظر معلمي ومعلمات اللغة الإنجليزية.
وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة ولتحقيق أهدافها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلم ومعلمة من إجارة التربية والتعليم في محافظة الزلفي. وقد توصلت الدراسة بعد تحليل النتائج إلى نتائج، كان أهمها:
أن هناك موافقة بين أفراد الدراسة على وجود قناعة لدى المعلم/المعلمة بأهمية الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي في العملية التعليمية. وكذلك وجود كتاب إلكتروني تفاعلي لكل فصل دراسي. وأن استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي يزيد الدافعية عند الطلاب/الطالبات. وأن الطلاب/الطالبات يتفاعلون مع استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي خلال الدرس.
كما أن هناك موافقة إلى حد ما بين أفراد الدراسة على معوقات استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي المتعلقة بالمعلمين والمعلمات، ومن أبرز تلك المعوقات:
شعور المعلمين/المعلمات بالإحباط لقلة الدعم الفني، وكثرة الأعباء على عاتق المعلم/المعلمة داخل الصف الدراسي، وشعور المعلمين/المعلمات بالإحباط لقلة الدعم المادي، وصعوبة متابعة الطالب/الطالبة فردياً أثناء استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي.
أيضاً هناك موافقة بين أفراد الدراسة على معوقات استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية، ومن أبرز تلك المعوقات: قلة الصيانة للأجهزة بصفة دورية، وسوء التجهيزات الفنية داخل الفصول المدرسية، وعدم توفر المناخ المناسب لتفعيل تقنيات التعليم داخل المدرسة، وقلة إنتاج الكتب الإلكترونية التفاعلية.
كما أن هناك موافقة بين أفراد الدراسة على الحلول المقترحة لمعوقات استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي لجميع مراحل التعليم العام بمحافظة الزلفي، ومن أبرز تلك الحلول: توفير متخصصين لصيانة الأجهزة والبرامج بصفة دورية، وتوفير المناخ المناسب لتفعيل تقنيات التعليم داخل المدرسة، وتقديم الحوافز المادية للمعلمين/المعلمات لاستخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي، كذلك التطوير المستمر للكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها، يوصي الباحث بما يلي:
- توفير الدعم الفني للمعلمين/المعلمات لاستخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي.
- التحفيز المادي والمعنوي للمعلمين والمعلمات ممن يستخدمون الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي.
- إلحاق معلمي/معلمات اللغة الإنجليزية بالدورات التدريبية اللازمة لاستخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي.
- توفير الصيانة للأجهزة بصفة دورية.
- توفير التجهيزات الفنية اللازمة داخل الفصول الدراسية.
- الحرص على التوافق في التطوير العلمي المستمر بين الكتب الورقية والكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي من المعوقات التي تحد من استخدام المعلمين/المعلمات للكتاب الإلكتروني التفاعلي.

This study seeks to determine the reality and impediments of using the interactive e-book for the English curriculum, developed for all public levels of education, from the perspective of the English language teachers in the Zulfi governate. The study attempted to propose some solutions to overcome these impediments from the perspective of the English teachers.
The descriptive methodological approach was utilized to answer the questions of the study and to accomplish its goals. A study sample of 100 teachers was formed from the employees of the education department in the governate of Zulfi. Following analysis of the results the study reached conclusions, the most significant of which were:
That there is an agreement among the individuals of the study upon the presence of a conviction among the teachers upon the importance of the utilization of the interactive e-book within the educational process. Similarly, the presence of an interactive e-book in every class of study. And that the use of the interactive e-book increases the enthusiasm among the male and female students, and they positively interact with the use of the interactive e-book during the lesson.
There was also an agreement, to an extent, among the individuals of the study upon the impediments of using the interactive e-book in relation to the male and female teachers. Among the most prominent of those impediments were:
The male and female teachers feeling depressed in respect to the small amount of technical support and increased number of burdens place upon the teacher within the classroom. And the teachers feeling depressed in respect to the small amount of material support and the difficulty of pursuing the student individually during the use of the interactive e-book.
There was also an agreement among the individuals of the study upon the impediments of the utilization of the interactive e-book in relation to the infrastructure. The most prominent of these impediments were: Low level of periodic maintenance for the devices, bad technical preparations inside the classrooms, non-provision of a suitable atmosphere to activate the educational technologies within the school and the small number of produced interactive e-books.
There is also an agreement among the individuals of the study upon proposed solutions to deal with the impediments of the use the interactive e-book for all levels of public education within the Zulfi governate. Among the most prominent of those solutions were: Provision of specialists to maintain the devices and programs periodically, provision of a suitable atmosphere to activate the educational technologies within the school, provision of material incentives to teachers to utilize the interactive e-book and also to continuously develop the interactive e-book.
In light of these results which were reached, the researcher recommended the following:
- Provision of technical support to teachers for the use of the interactive e-book.
- Provision of a material incentive to the teachers for those who use the interactive e-book.
- Enroll the English language teachers in the necessary training courses related to the use of the interactive e-book.
- Provide periodical maintenance of the devices.
- Provide the necessary technical preparations within the classrooms.
- To ensure compatibility, in respect to the continuous scientific development, between the paper book and the interactive e-book, free of impediments which limit the teacher’s use of the interactive e-book.
