|b The adolescence is a phase of questioning identificatoire and juvenile transformations of a body, where the teenagers find themselves deprived, feel then incapable to face the new requirements of adaptation. Indeed, in this delicate phase can emerge many disorders and having a relation with the incapacity to integrate and to understand the diverse emotional states which affect the perception of the body, among others the anorexia nervosa. Through the presentation the case of a young anorexic teenager, we aim at highlighting the psychic bases which liven up (lead) the anorexia nervosa at the teenagers, this disorder would reveal in our sense a defect in primary care, preventing the teenagers from becoming identified with a developing and reassuring maternal imago
|d L’adolescence est une phase de questionnement identificatoire et des transformations pubertaires d’un corps, où les adolescents se retrouvent démunis, se sentent alors incapables de faire face aux nouvelles exigences d’adaptation. En effet, dans cette délicate phase peut émerger beaucoup de troubles et ayant une relation avec l'incapacité d'intégrer et de comprendre les divers états affectifs qui touchent la perception du corps, entre autre l’anorexie mentale. À travers la présentation le cas d’une jeune adolescente anorexique, nous visons à mettre en évidence les soubassements psychiques qui se animent l’anorexie mentale chez les adolescentes, ce trouble révélerait à notre sens un défaut en soins primaires, empêchant les adolescentes de s’identifier à une imago maternelle valorisante et sécurisante, engendrant une faille dans la fonction réflexive.
