هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسس الفكرية لمشاركة الطلاب في الحياة المدرسية في الفكر الإداري التربوي المعاصر، والتعرف على أهم النماذج العالمية لمشاركة الطلاب في الحياة المدرسية، واستكشاف الواقع النظري لمشاركة الطلاب في الحياة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي العام بمصر، وتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات يمكن من خلالها تنمية مشاركة الطلاب في الحياة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي العام بمصر في ضوء بعض النماذج العالمية. وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود ضعف في مشاركة الطلاب في الحياة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الثانوي العام بمصر حيث لا يشاركون بفعالية في الأنشطة المدرسية، ولا يوجد تمثيل لهم في بعض التنظيمات المدرسية المهمة مثل مجالس الأمناء ولجان حفظ النظام والانضباط داخل المدرسة، وأن التنظيمات التي يشاركون فيها مثل مجالس الإدارة ومجالس الطلاب وبرلمانتهم تتسم بالشكلية. وجود بعض العوامل التي تعوق المشاركة الفعالة للطلاب مثل الإدارة المدرسية التي تستأثر بالسلطة، وإهمال المعلمين الأساليب التربوية الحديثة التي تنمي مهارات واتجاهات وميول الطلاب، وقصور في أدوار الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والمرشدين التربويين، ومشكلات الطلاب أنفسهم مثل السلوكيات غير المرغوبة والغياب والدروس الخصوصية، وضعف التواصل بين المدرسة والمجتمع، وقلة موائمة المباني لمتطلبات المشاركة، ولا تحفز المناهج الدراسية الطلاب على الإبداع والابتكار. وأوصت الدراسة بعديد من التوصيات أهمها: تمثيل الطلاب في التنظيمات المدرسية التي تخلو من ممثلين لهم كمجالس الأمناء، وتمكينهم من صنع القرارات المدرسية. منح المسئولين بالمدارس السلطات للطلاب ليتمكنوا من القيام ببرامج ومشروعات تكون بمبادرة منهم، وتدريبهم على تحمل مسئوليات ونتائج الأعمال التي يقومون بها. مشاركة الطلاب بفعالية في عمليات التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم للأنشطة المدرسية. مشاركة الطلاب في مشروعات التحسين والتطوير والتغيير المدرسي.
This study aimed to know the intellectual foundations for student's participation in school life in Current educational Management thought , and know the most important international models for the student's participation in school life, And explore the theoretical reality for student s participation in school life stage of general secondary education in Egypt, And to provide a set of recommendations from which the development of student's participation in school life stage of general secondary education in Egypt in light of some international models. In order to achieve these objectives study used a descriptive method. The study found many of the most important results such as : 1- A weakness in student participation in school life stage of general secondary education in Egypt, where there are not actively involved in school activities, and there is no representation of them in some important school organizations such as boards of trustees and committees maintain order and discipline within the school, and that the organizations in which they participate, such as boards of management, councils and Parliaments of students characterized Formalism. 2- There are some factors that impede the effective student's participation, such as school management, which Acquires for authority, and the neglect of teachers of modern educational methods that develop the skills, attitudes and tendencies of the students, and a lack of social workers and counselors roles, and the problems of the students themselves such as behaviors unwanted, absenteeism, and private lessons, and pool communication between school and community, and a lack of alignment with the requirements of the buildings involved, and the curriculum do not stimulate students' creativity and innovation. The study recommended that much of the following results such as: 3- Representation students in the school organizations such as board of trustee, and empower them in decision-making school. 4- School officials giving authorities for students to be able to cany out programs and projects to be on their own initiative, and train them to assume responsibilities and the results of their work.. 5- Students actively participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation activities for school operations. 6- Students actively participate in school improvement, development and change projects.
