المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الجودة والتعرف على واقع العملية التعليمية في كلية القرآن الكريم للقراءات جامعة الأزهر وذلك من خلال التعرف على مدى توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة فيها؛ وذلك بهدف تحسين الأداء والقدرة التنافسية للجامعة وإرضاء الطلاب وخدمة المجتمع والمشاركة في تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة من منظور التنمية المستمرة ومن خلال بناء تصور مقترح لتطبيق الجودة الشاملة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعان من أدواته باستبانات ثلاثة موجهة إلى أعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين وطلاب الصف الرابع، ومن خلال تحليل الاستجابات تبين أن "سياسات كلية القرآن الكريم تجاه تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة" قد وقعت وفقاً للمقياس المقدم للإداريين في الفئتين القليلة والمتوسطة، وكذلك "عمليات الجودة الشاملة في كلية القرآن الكريم" تتم بنسبة قليلة إلى متوسطة وتحتاج كلاهما إلى اهتمام كبير من كافة العاملين في كلية القرآن الكريم، وأيضاً جاءت "متطلبات تفعيل الجودة الشاملة في كلية القرآن الكريم" تتم بنسبة قليلة إلى متوسطة وتحتاج كلاهما إلى اهتمام كبير من كافة العاملين في كلية القرآن الكريم، وأيضاً جاءت "متطلبات تفعيل الجودة الشاملة في كلية القرآن الكريم" قليلة وتحتاج إلى اهتمام أكبر وتقديم الدعم اللازم، أما "معوقات تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في كلية القرآن الكريم" فقد أتت في فئة كبيرة مما يحتاج إلى تضافر القوى للتغلب على هذه الصعوبات والمعوقات، وهو ما اقترحه الباحث في تصوره المقترح. وبالنسبة إلى نتائج الاستبانة الموجهة للطلاب فجاءت "المعايير الخاصة بطالب كلية القرآن الكريم التي تتحقق فيه عند التخرج من الكلية" في فئة متوسطة إلى كبيرة وكذلك أتت معايير جودة أكاديمية تتحقق في الطلاب عند التخرج من الكلية" في فئة متوسطة إلى قليلة، مما يشير إلى ضرورة الاهتمام بتحقيق معايير الجودة في الطلاب من خلال ما قام الباحث باقتراحه من خلال التصور المقترح. وبالنسبة إلى نتائج الاستبانة الموجهة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت النتائج: تحتاج الكلية لزيادة "الإمكانات المادية والمشاركة المجتمعية"، وتطوير أداء كل من "الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والإداريين، والمناهج الدراسية".

The research aims to identify the reality of practicing activities and procedures of quality and recognizing the reality of the educational process in the faculty of holyQur’an "Al-Azhar university, this is done through me recognition of how far the comprehensive quality criteria are applied in the faculty. It also aims to improve the performance and the competitive ability of the university and achieving students' satisfaction, serve the society participate in achieving the designed goals of continuous development perspective and through building a suggested conception of to implement comprehensive quality , to achieve this goal the researcher used the analytical, descriptive approach. Some of the tolls he used, were three questions (surveys) directed to the fourth grade. Through analyzing responses it become a evident that the policies of the faculty of the "Holy Qur'an" towards the comprehensive Quality has been in accordance with the standard for the administration staff from the low and medium categories comprehensive quality procedures in the holy Qur'an faculty are applied in low and medium procedures and both of them need a great merest from the side of the staff of the faculty of "Holy Qur'an” also the requirements to activate comprehensive quality in the faculty of "the Holy Qur'an" appeared to be small and was in need of due attention as well as providing the necessary support. applying the comprehensive Quality in the faculty of the holy Qur'an can be classified as big the thing that requires consolidating all the efforts to overcome all these hard To overcome these difficulties and impediments and this is what the researcher provides through his suggested conception. According to the results of the questionnaire which was divided to the student, the quality criteria that should be available with the student of the faculty of the Holy Qur'an" upon graduations, this criteria ranged from medium to available with the student upon graduation were of a low level, the thing that indicates that necessity of giving due attention to achieving the Quality Criteria in the students through what the researcher did in Ins suggested conception. According to the results of the questionnaire which was directed to the student, the quality criteria that should be available with the student of the faculty of the Holy Qur'an" upon graduation these criteria ranged from medium to high level. Also the academic(criteria that should be available with the student upon graduation were of low level, the thing that indicates that necessity of giving due attention to achieving the Quality criteria in the students through what the researcher did in his suggested conception. According to the results of the questionnaire directed to the members of the reaching staff. The result was that: the faculty needs to increase the financial resources the community participation as well as developing the performance of the student, the teaching staff members, the administrative staff and curricula.
