يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم قائمة بمهارات التدريس اللازمة للأداء التدريسي الفعال لطلاب وطالبات التربية العملية، ومعرفة مدى امتلاكهم لهذه المهارات، واستخدمت الدراسة لتحقيق ذلك استبانة تقيس الاحتياجات التدريبية للطلبة المعلمين وكلية العلوم والآداب بشرورة في مهارات التدريس اللازمة للأداء التدريسي الفعال من وجهات نظر متعددة، وتتكون من جزئيين: بيانات توضح متغيرات الدراسة المستقلة، والجزء الثاني عبارة عن مجموعة من الفقرات تمثل مهارات تدريسية وفقا لمبدأ مهارات الأداء التدريسي للمعلم، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة، وثباتها تم تطبيقها على العينة البالغ عددها (202)، موزعة كما يلي: جميع طلاب وطالبات برنامج التربية العملية في كلية العلوم والآداب بشرورة في جامعة نجران والبالغ عددهم (123)، بالإضافة إلى عدد (37) عضوا/ عضوة هيئة تدريس، و(42) معلما متعاونا. \ وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم مهارات التدريس اللازمة للأداء التدريسي الفعال للطالب المعلم من وجهات نظر عينة الدراسة هي (43 مهارة)، تم تصنيفها في خمسة مجالات رئيسية وهي: التخطيط والإعداد للتدريس (9 فقرات)، إدارة البيئة الصفية (7 فقرات)، تنفيذ الدرس (14 فقرة)، التقويم (8 فقرات)، تقنيات التعليم (5 فقرات)، وكشفت الدراسة أن الاحتياجات التدريبية للطلبة المعلمين في هذه المهارات، كانت حاجتها مرتفعة في أغلب فقرات الاستبانة ومجالاتها، أما على فقرات الاستبانة كاملة كانت الحاجة متوسطة، ولم تحصل أي فقرة من فقرات الاستبانة على درجة ضعيفة، وحصل مجال التخطيط والإعداد للتدريس على الدرجة الأعلى من حيث الحاجة للتدريب على مهاراته، تم تلاه بالتسلسل: مجال إدارة البيئة الصفية، وتنفيذ الدرس، والتقويم. \ وفي ضوء ذلك أوصت الدراسة باعتماد مبدأ الأداء عند تدريس المقررات التربوية أثناء إعداد المعلم، والاهتمام بعقد الدورات التدريبية لطلبة الكلية قبل، وأثناء خروجهم إلى التدريب الميداني، بعد توعيتهم بأهمية التدريب، وتشجيعهم على الانخراط فيه. كما توصي الدراسة بأن تؤخذ قائمة المهارات التدريسية المبنية على مستوى الأداء للمعلم (موضوع الدراسة) في الاعتبار عند تقويم طلبة التربية العملية، والاستفادة من نتائج الدراسة الحالية في إعداد برامج تدريبية تعني بالاحتياجات الطلبة والطالبات في الإعداد التربوي.
The current research aims to provide a list of the skills of effective teaching for students in practicum in the light of the performance skills, as well as to know the extent of their possession of these skills. The study used, to achieve this, a questionnaire measuring studcnt-teachers’ training needs of necessary teaching skills at the Faculty of Science and Arts in Sharourah for the effective teaching performance from multiple perspectives and consists of two parts: data showing the independent variables of the study, and the second part is a set of paragraphs represent teaching skills and according to the principle of teaching performance of the teacher, and after ascertaining the validity of the tool and stability it has been applied to the sample of (202) distributed as follows: all male-female students of practicum program in the College of Arts and Sciences in Sharourah in Najran University’s (123) in addition to (37) male/female staff members, and (42) teacher collaborators. \ After statistical analysis, study results reveal that the most necessary teaching skills for the effective teaching performance of studcnt-teachers Irom the perspectives of the study sample arc (43 skills). They have been classified in five key areas: planning and preparation for teaching (9 paragraphs), classroom environment management (7paragraphs), implementation of the lesson (14 paragraph), assessment (8 paragraphs), learning techniques (5 paragraphs). The study revealed that student-teachers training needs of teaching skills necessary for the effective teaching performance was a high need in most paragraphs of the questionnaire and the fields, while the paragraphs full resolution was needed* and any paragraph did not get the weak degree. The field of planning and preparation for teaching got the top class in terms of the need for training in skills, then followed by the sequence: the field of classroom environment management* implementation of the lesson, and assessment. \ In light of this, the study recommended the adoption of the principle of performance when teaching educational courses during teacher preparation and attention be paid to college students to hold training sessions before and during the exit to the training field to make them aware of the importance of training, and to encourage them to engage in it. The study also recommends that the list of teaching skills arc taken based on the level of \ performance of the teacher (the subject of the study) in mind when evaluating the process of education students, and benefit trom the results of the current study in the preparation of training programs meant for the needs of students in the educational setting.
