هدف البحث الى الكشف عن واقع استخدام بيئات التعلم الإلكتروني الشخصية في جامعة حائل. وأشار الى التعرف على التوظيف الفعال لبيئة التعلم الالكترونية. والى محفزات استخدام بيئة التعلم الالكتروني الشخصية. وأوضح معوقات استخدام بيئة التعلم الالكترونية الشخصية. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في المقابلات. وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على مجموعة البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى أنه لا توجد علاقة معنويه بين تهيئة بيئة العمل لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وبين كفاءة جامعة حائل كمؤسسه تعليميه تستخدم بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية الشخصية. وأنه توجد علاقة بين المتغيرين تساوى 94.9% طبقا لمعامل ارتباط بيرسون 77.7% طبقا لمعامل ارتباط كندال و90.3% طبقا لمعامل ارتباط سيبرمان وهذه العلاقة طرديه لان معامل الارتباط الموجب وهي علاقة معنويه لأن معنويتها أقل من 1% بمعنى أنه يمكن الأخذ بها. أوصى البحث بضرورة تهيئة بيئة التعلم الالكترونية الشخصية المناسبة لابد من مراعاة ان يتم عمل خطة لبناء بيئة التعلم المناسبة. والعمل على تنظيم محتويات المقرر الإلكتروني عند بناء بيئة العمل في بيئة التعلم الالكترونية الشخصية. كما أوصى بمحاولة التغلب على المشكلات التي تواجه بناء البنية الأساسية لبيئة التعلم الالكترونية الشخصية من خلال تنظيم قائمة القراءة للمحتويات التعليمية وعمل جداول دراسية للدارسين ومراعاة سهولة الحصول على المواد التعليمية والتقييم والمتابعة للدارسين. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The research aimed to reveal the reality of the use of e-learning environments in Hail University. It referred to the effective recruitment of the e-learning environment, and to the incentives to use the personal e-learning environment. The research explained the obstacles of using the personal electronic learning environment. The research used the descriptive approach. The research tools were represented in the interviews. The research tools were pre and post applied on the research group. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the creation of the work environment for the faculty members and the efficiency of Hail University as an educational institution using the personal e-learning environment. In addition, the correlation between the two variables is 94.9% according to Pearson correlation coefficient, 77.7% according to Kendall correlation coefficient, and 90.3% according to the Ciperman correlation coefficient. This relationship is positive because the positive correlation coefficient is significant, because its significance is less than 1% in the sense that it can be taken. The Research recommended the need to create an appropriate personal electronic learning environment and must be taken into account that a plan to build the appropriate learning environment should be made. In addition, to organize the contents of the electronic course when building the work environment in the personal electronic learning environment. In addition, the research recommended trying to overcome the problems facing the building of the personal electronic learning environment infrastructure, by organizing the reading list of the educational contents.
