"يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: التعرف على ""فعالية برنامج تدخل مبكر قائم على استخدام الأنشطة الموسيقية كاستراتيجية تحفيزية لتحسين بعض المهارات الحس حركية لدى أطفال متلازمة داون"". طبق البحث الحالي على: عينة من أطفال متلازمة داون بلغ قوامها إحدى عشر (١١) طفل وطفلة (٦) من الذكور و(٥) من الإناث بالمركز التربوي النموذجي بكلية رياض الأطفال جامعة الإسكندرية، الذين تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (٦-٤) سنوات. وقد تراوحت نسب ذكائهم من (66-50) من أطفال فئة ذوي التخلف العقلي البسيط Mild القابلين للتعلم. حدود البحث وأبعاده: أ- الجانب الموسيقي تمثل في كل من: (أولا: أنشطة الاستماع والتعبير بالحركة عن المثيرات اللحنية، ثانيا: أنشطة العزف بآلات الفرقة الإيقاعية، ثالثا: أنشطة الغناء الصولفائي لحروف النوتة الموسيقية، ولأسماء بعض الآلات الإيقاعية، ولبعض المصطلحات الموسيقية المرتبطة بالمثيرات السمعية الإيطالية). ب- المهارات الحس حركية المرتبطة بكل من: (السمع، والبصر، واللمس، والحركة، وتحسين أداء عضلة الفم المسئولة عن حركة النطق للكلمات) لدى أطفال متلازمة داون. توصلت نتائج البحت إلى: صحة فروض البحث التي أكدت فعالية وتأثير استخدام برنامج التدخل بالأنشطة الموسيقية الحسية في تحسين بعض المهارات الحس حركية لدى أطفال متلازمة داون. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج: المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة؛ لملائمته لطبيعة البحث الحالي. أدوات البحث: طبق البحث أدوات البحث التالية: ١) برنامج التدخل المبكر القائم على استخدام الأنشطة الموسيقية الحسية؛ لتحسين بعض المهارات الحس حركية لدى أطفال متلازمة داون (إعداد: الباحثة). ٢) مقياس أداء المهارات الحس حركية لأطفال متلازمة داون (إعداد: الباحثة). نتائج البحث: توصلت نتائج البحث إلى صحة الفروض التي بنيت عليه، وتتمثل في تأثير برنامج التدخل بالأنشطة الموسيقية في تحسين بعض المهارات الحسية لدى أطفال متلازمة داون. توصيات البحث: توصي الباحثة بما يلي: • عمل دورات تدريبية، وورش عمل تثقيفية عن دور برامج التدخل المبكر بالأنشطة الموسيقية في تحسين المهارات الحس حركية لأطفال متلازمة داون، وذلك لكل من الآباء، والمسؤلين عن تربية أطفال الداون وعن تقديم الخدمات العلاجية؛ بهدف تحسين جودة حياة أطفال متلازمة داون. •إجراء ورش عمل، وندوات؛ لإرشاد معلمات الروضة العاملات بفصول الدمج بتأثير الأنشطة الموسيقية في تحسين المهارات الحس حركية لأطفال متلازمة داون. الدراسات المقترحة للبحث: • برنامج تأهيلي باستخدام فنون الحركة والموسيقى؛ لتحسين بعض مهارات التأزر الحس حركي لدى أطفال متلازمة داون. - برنامج تدخل مبكر قائم على أنشطة الرقص والموسيقى لتحسين اضطرابات القوام لدى أطفال متلازمة داون. • برنامج أنشطة غنائية مقترح لتحسين قدرة عضلة الفم لأطفال متلازمة داون. • برنامج موسيقي مقترح للتخفيف من حدة السمنة لدى أطفال متلازمة داون. •برنامج إرشادي لتفعيل دور معلمات الروضة بفصول الدمج لدعم بيئة التعلم المبهج بمرحلة الروضة. • برنامج إرشادي لمصممي مناهج رياض الأطفال لدعم مناهج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بأنشطة الموسيقى لأطفال متلازمة داون بمرحلة رياض الأطفال."
