المستخلص: نسعى من خلال دراستنا هذه إلى الكشف عن الكفاءات المهنية التي يتطلبها عمل مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على مقياس لتحديد الكفاءات المهنية التي تحتاجها هذه الفئة وتطبيقه على عينة بحث مكونة من 24 فردا، اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي من خلال دراسة ميدانية تم التوصل فيها إلى أهم الكفاءات المتطلبة لأداء مهنة التوجيه والإرشاد.

Dans cette étude, nous cherchons à identifier les compétences professionnelles requises par le travail des conseillers d'orientation scolaire et professionnelle. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous nous sommes appuyés sur une échelle pour déterminer les compétences professionnelles nécessaires à ce groupe et l'avons appliqué à un échantillon de recherche de 24 personnes. Atteindre les compétences les plus importantes nécessaires à l'orientation professionnelle et à l'orientation scolaire.

In this study, we seek to shed light on the professional competencies required by the work of the supervision counselors and the school and vocational guidance. In order to achieve this purpose, we relied on a scale to determine the professional competencies needed by this group applying it to a research sample of 24 individuals. We followed the descriptive approach through a field study in which we reached the most important competencies required to perform the profession of the guidance and counselling .This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
