|a تشكل هذه الدراسة محاولة فهم واقع الانضباط المدرسي داخل المؤسسة التربوية في المرحلة المتوسطة، بمدينة بوقرة ولاية البليدة، وهي دراسة وصفية تحليلية على عينة من التلاميذ.\nفالتربية الحديثة لا تعنى بعملية تلقين جملة المعارف والمعلومات فحسب، بل لها وظيفة مزدوجة تتمثل في تلقين المعرفة ومختلف المهارات بالإضافة إلى اعتنائها بسلوكات التلميذ وصقلها طبقا للمحيط الاجتماعي الذي ينتمي إليه، خاصة بالنسبة للتعامل مع فئة المراهقين الذين يعيشون فترة صراع واضطراب في تعاملهم مع المحيطين بهم.\nوالتلميذ المراهق المتمدرس وبحكم تواجده في محيط يؤثر ويتأثر به، فالمدرسة تبث فيه أفكار المجتمع وتصوراته ونماذجه السلوكية، والانضباط المدرسي الذي يعد قبولا للتعليمات والقوانين المفروضة داخل المدرسة نجده يساهم بشكل كبير في عملية اندماج وتأقلم التلاميذ مع محيطهم وتقبلهم للدروس بشكل صحيح وفي حال عدم تقبلهم للقوانين المفروضة عليهم وخرقهم للنظام يجدون صعوبة للتأقلم ويتبنون سلوكات خاطئة، وهذا ما يقف عائقا أمام السير الحسن للعملية التعلمية التعليمية لذا تسعي المدرسة جاهدة لجعل التلميذ يتأقلم ويهذب سلوكاته الخاطئة.

|f This study represents an attempt to understand the reality of school discipline within the middle school educational institution in Bougara, Blida Province. It is a descriptive and analytical study upon a sample of pupils.\nModern education not only deals with the process of teaching knowledge and information, but also has a dual function of teaching knowledge and various skills, in addition to taking care of the pupil's behavioral elements and refining them according to the social context to which he belongs. That is especially with regard to dealing with the adolescents’ category who are living through a period of conflict and turbulence in their dealings with those around them.\nThe student adolescent, and by virtue of being in an environment that affects and is affected by him, as the school broadcasts the ideas, perceptions and behavioral models of society. The school discipline, which is considered to be an acceptance of the instructions and laws imposed within the school, contributes significantly to the process of the integration and adaptation of pupils to their surroundings and their acceptance of lessons properly. In case they do not accept the laws imposed on them and violate the regime, they find it difficult to adapt and consequently adopt incorrect behaviors. This is what hinders the proper functioning of the educational process.
