المستخلص: أولا: مشكلة البحث وأهميته: أن نجاح المعلم في تيسير تعلم الطلبة ونموهم وفق الأهداف التعليمية والتعلمية المرسومة فإن عليه التعرف على مشكلات انضباط التلاميذ في غرفة الصف من حيث مصادرها وأسبابها وأنواعها وطرائق الوقاية منها ومعالجتها وعلى المعلم أن يتذكر أن نجاحه في مهمته التعليمية والتعليمة لا يتم على وجه أكمل بمجرد امتلاكه المعلومة والمعرفة الخاصة بموضوع الدرس بل عليه أن يفهم ديناميات الجماعة (جماعة الصف) وأن يتقن مهارات إدارة الصف كتوفير المناخ النفسي والاجتماعي الملائم لعملية التعلم واستخدام أساليب وطرائق التعلم والتعليم التي تقوم على المشاركة والتعاون والحوار التشاوري للوصول إلى الأهداف المشتركة عن عمليتي التعليم والتعلم. ولهذا ارتأت الباحثة التعرف على مشكلات الانضباط في الصف وحلولها. ثانيا: حدود البحث اقتصرت على المعلومات التي يمكن أن تحقق أهداف البحث. الفصل الثاني منهجية البحث: أتبعت الباحثة منهج وصفي تحليلي للتعرف على مشكلات وحلول الانضباط داخل الصف. • مفهوم الانضباط الصفي • بيئة التعلم • دور المعلم في التحكم ببيئة التعلم؟ • استراتيجية حل مشكلات الانضباط الصفي الفصل الثالث: تضمن هذا الفصل عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات أولا: التوصيات 1. التقليل من استخدام العقاب وخاصة البدني منه إلى أقل درجة ممكنة 2. أن تعطي فرصة للطالب للقلاع عن السلوك السيئ أو توجهه للقيام بالسلوك الصحيح تشجيعه وتعزيز توجهه في الحال ثانيا: المقترحات 1. أعداد دليل للمعلم لاطلاع على المشكلات التي تواجهه أثناء التدريس واستراتيجية حلها لتحقيق النظام الانضباط الصفي.
