هدف البحث على الكشف عن متطلبات إعداد الطالب المعلم بكليات التربية في جمهورية مصر العربية لمواكبة سوق العمل نحو نموذج جامعة أسيوط. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي لمعالجة الإطار النظري للبحث. والأسلوب الإحصائي لمعالجة الدراسة الميدانية واستخلاص نتائج منها. وتمثلت مجموعة البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية ومجموعة من خبراء وزارة التربية والتعليم. وطبقت عليهم أداة البحث من استبانة وذلك للتعرف على متطلبات سوق العمل لخريجي كلية التربية. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن عدة نتائج تمثلت في القصور الواضح في برامج إعداد المعلمين بكلية التربية وذلك فيما يتعلق بالجوانب الثلاثة. وإجماع أفراد مجموعة البحث على مدي أهمية متطلبات إعداد الطالب بكلية التربية ليواكب من خلالها متطلبات سوق العمل. وخرج البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات وهي ضرورة الاهتمام بدراسة مستقبل سوق العمل والتعرف على متطلباته بصفة مستمرة من خلال تشجيع الأبحاث العلمية في هذا المجال. والعمل على إحداث شراكة حقيقية بين كلية التربية ووزارة التربية والتعليم وعقد ندوات ولقاءات مع الخبراء في الوزارة للتعرف على متطلبات سوق العمل. وإعادة تفعيل وحدة التعاون الدولي في التعليم.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the research was to identify the requirements of preparing the student teacher in the faculties of education in the Arab Republic of Egypt to keep pace with the labor market towards the model of Assyut University. The research used the descriptive approach to address the theoretical framework of research and the statistical approach to address the field study and get conclusions from it. The research group consisted of members of the Faculty of Education and a group of experts from the Ministry of Education. The research tool was applied to them. This tool was represented in a questionnaire to identify the requirements of the labor market for graduates of the Faculty of Education. The results of the research came out with several results that were represented in the apparent deficiency of teacher preparation programs in the Faculty of Education regarding the three aspects. The research group members agreed unanimously on the importance of the requirements of preparing the student in the Faculty of Education to cope with the requirements of the labor market. Moreover, the research came out with a set of recommendations, namely, the importance of studying the future of the labor market and identifying its requirements on an ongoing basis by encouraging scientific research in this field and working on creating a real partnership between the Faculty of Education and the Ministry of Education.
