The article aimed to shed light on Al-Mahdi Ben Barka and his role in the way of unity through the school Al-Attr. The article pointed out that the experience of the way to unity was a moment of Ben Barka's life moments. He showed all his abilities, which are of a diplomatic and administrative nature. The article addressed the participation of Ibn Baraka to the people in his office, in order to solve the organizational problems of the school of Al-Attr. The article pointed to Ben Barka's promptitude, which emerged clearly during his selection of the volunteers to work in the workshops, in addition to his speed of getting training exercises less than fifteen days on a result requiring several months. He worked with dynamism of the way and planted it quickly in the school of Al-Attr. The article pointed out that Ibn Barka awaked the attention of young people who were active during the work and training, he did not evoke the great theories, but the real historical events, as the isolation of Morocco during centuries and the loss of time due to this great self-immolation. The article referred to the spirit of Ibn Barka, his mathematical thinking, and his respect for the religious traditions of the Jews youth and their holidays and features. The article showed that Ibn Barka was always dealing with the political and non-political issues as an educator because he believed that man is subject to development and in himself, he has great potential. استهدف المقال تسليط الضوء على المهدي بن بركة ودوره في طريق الوحدة من خلال مدرسة الأطر. وأشار المقال إلى أن تجربة طريق الوحدة كانت لحظة من لحظات حياة بن بركة. وانه أظهر عن كل قدراته، وهي قدرات ذات طبيعة ديبلوماسية وإدارية. وأظهر المقال مشاركة ابن بركة للناس وجلوسه بمكتبه من اجل تسوية المشاكل التنظيمية الخاصة بمدرسة تكوين الأطر. وأشار المقال إلى سرعة البديهة لدى بن بركة والتي ظهرت بوضوح أثناء اختياره للمتطوعين للعمل في الأوراش. وسرعته في أن يحصل من تدريبات تداوم أقل من خمسة عشر يوما على نتيجة تتطلب شهورا عديدة. فكان يعمل بدينامية الطريق وزرعها بسرعة في الأطر. وأوضح المقال أن بن بركة كان يوقظ ملكة الاهتمام لدى الشباب المناضل، حيث كان أثناء العمل والتدريب لا يستحضر النظريات الكبرى بل استحضر الأحداث التاريخية الحقيقية كعزلة المغرب خلال قرون وضياع الوقت الكبير بسبب هذا التقوقع على الذات. وأشار المقال إلى روح بن بركة وتفكيره الرياضي. واحترامه للتقاليد الدينية لشباب اليهود وأيام عطلهم وخاصياتهم. وأظهر المقال أن بن بركة كان يتعامل دائما مع القضايا السياسية وغير السياسية كمربي لأنه كان يؤمن أن الإنسان خاضع للتطور ويتوفر في ذاته على إمكانيات كبيرة. وأشار المقال إلى اعتقاد ابن بركة بان أحسن مدرسة للفكر هي الارتباط بالواقع وأن ما يستطيع أي فرد تقديمه يتضاعف عشرات المرات عندما يجد نفسه في خدمة الجماعة.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
