هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي ومعلمات تعليم الكبار بمحافظة المجمعة في ضوء مهارات التفكير الناقد. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. واقتصرت الدراسة على معلمي ومعلمات تعليم الكبار في إدارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة المجمعة بالمملكة العربية السعودية وطبقت في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 1435/1436ه. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة جمع المعلومات والبيانات في ضوء مشكلة الدراسة وأهدافها. وتوصلت لعدد من النتائج منها أن معظم أفراد الدراسة من معلمي تعليم الكبار يوافقون جدا على أن التفكير الناقد يساعد على تحليل الأفكار وينمي مهارة حل المشكلات والوصول لحلول سليمة. وأنهم يرون أن هناك حاجة ماسة جدا إلى استنتاج الهدف من الموضوع واكتساب مهارة التدقيق في المعلومات والتحقق من مصدرها. وإلى طرح أسئلة تمكن الطلاب من الإلمام بالجوانب الأساسية للموضوع وتقويم الآراء بطريقة موضوعية بعيدا عن التحيز والذاتية. وقدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات منها أنه ینبغي على قسم تعلیم الكبار ومحو الأمیة في إدارة التربیة والتعلیم بمحافظة المجمعة تزوید مدارس تعلیم الكبار بكافة الوسائل والمعینات التعلیمیة اللازمة لتطبیق مهارات التفكیر الناقد وتكریم المعلمین والمعلمات اللذین طبقوا دمج مهارات التفكیر الناقد في المنهج. وأن على معلمي ومعلمات تعلیم الكبار في إدارة التربیة والتعلیم بمحافظة المجمعة تخطیط الدروس على أساس إتاحة الفرصة للطلاب للبحث بأنفسهم عن الحقائق والمعلومات التي يشتمل عليها الدرس والتدليل عليها بالبرهان والدليل العلمي عليه. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The study aimed to identify the training needs of the male and female teachers of adult education in the governorate of Al Majma'ah in the light of critical thinking skills. The study used descriptive analytical approach. The study was limited to male and female teachers of adult education in the Education Directorate in Al Majma'ah Governorate in Saudi Arabia. The study was applied in the first semester of the academic year 1435/1436 AH. The study tool was represented in a questionnaire of gaining information and data in the light of the study problem and its objectives. It found out a number of results, for example, the members of the adult education teachers totally agree with that critical thinking helps to analyze ideas, develop problem solving skills and find proper solutions. It also emphasized that these members felt that there was a very urgent need to conclude the objective of the subject, gain the skill of checking the information and verifying its source and ask questions that enable students to learn the basic aspects of the topic and to evaluate opinions in an objective way away from bias and subjectivism. The study came out with a number of recommendations, including that the Adult Education and Literacy Department in the Education Directorate in Al Majma'ah Governorate should provide adult education schools with all the necessary educational means and aids to apply critical thinking skills and to honor male and female teachers who integrated critical thinking skills into the curriculum. The study also highlighted that the male and female teachers of adult education in the Education Directorate in the province of Al Majma'ah should set plans for lessons to enable students to search themselves for the facts and information contained in the lesson and provide proofs and scientific evidence for these facts and information..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
